Darren & Craig arrived promptly to replace our ageing boiler. They were very pleasant, tidy and knowledgeable and finished the job quicker than expected.
They had the new boiler up and running showed us the new controls and the area cleaned and tidied as if nothing had happened - highly recommended for an excellent job

Darren was prompt and efficient, explained everything, described what the issues were and what he addressed, and also provided guidance on what might need updating to the system should I choose to do anything more.

Annual boiler service carried out efficiently, as ever. Darren was true to the good practice of Heatfactors, a reliable company I have used since 2015 - for boiler troubleshooting, maintenance, servicing and replacement. I would recommend them.

I have always found Heatfactors to be reliable, effective and courteous. They installed a new boiler (quite an unusual install) c 10 years ago and have serviced it since then, all done to a high standard.

Heatfactors fitted our boiler 10 years ago and made an excellent job of it. Every annual service since has been efficient, on time and carried out thoroughly.

Heatfactors Ltd undertook two jobs for me - a service on the central heating boiler & fitting a single lever kitchen tap. The engineer spotted Carbon Monoxide leakage from the boiler's heat exchanger - a most fortunate find! Vailant's engineer was called & the new parts fitted. The new tap works a treat. Darren (engineer) came again and certified the boiler as 5* and was thorough and courteous in all his work. I can recommend!

Heatfactors fitted a new boiler in a flat we own. Steven organised it all including getting access through our letting agent. He kept us informed and it all ran very smoothly and ahead of time.

Heatfactors were very efficient in iinstalling a new gas boiler and associated pump for us.They provided additional engineers so that the job could be completed in a single day to minimise disruption.

Excellent communication and quality of service in planning and execution.
When there was an unexpected change of plan I was kept informed.
Not for the first time have I felt in good hands with this company.
