The Get Fully Booked Challenge by Heather Hammell Reviews 

I am a long time client of Heather, and have now taken many of her classes and workshops. This one might have been my favorite. Fully booked is a reality but also a mindset. I want to be fully booked as a reality, but what am i doing to make that happen? Just waiting for for someone to find me or actively working on filling the books.
Sales is the way to make it happen, and for me there was always ick and forced feeling. But a mindset shift, that offering (selling) the result of my work is a kindness to my client. They have come for the payoff I just have to make sure they know I can help them get there.
The concept of an alter ego helped as well. Who am i as a therapist and someone different to close the sale. That person can and should be more outgoing the go getter.
The class itself had good flow and built on itself daily, I like a task and am a visual learner so the daily task and slide images really helped me.
Heather is a real person that tell is like she sees it during the coaching portions, and helps us to see that your words don't have to be perfect just perfectly meant, as business owners things go awry, you have to pivot and what can come of those shifts can be great.

The Fully Booked Challenge with Heather Hammell has helped me key into and focus what is important in my business. I never looked at my numbers on a regular basis and was not being accountable to why I was not consistently fully booked. With Heathers program I have new eyes on my business with a genius system that works when you work it. She makes you take a long hard look at what you are doing or not doing to get the results you want. Also, being a solo clinician can get lonely and isolating. The community support is uplifting and supportive. Her program has paid off tremendously and given me hope to what is possible in my business. This workshop completely shifted how I think about running my practice.

The idea that hit me hardest was separating "the therapist" from "the person who runs the business" — realizing that they are two personas, and that I get to decide who that business-owner version of me is going to be (the therapist version is much more practiced!)

Heather talked about how our brains are constantly asking, "what kind of person am I?" The answers are based on what we actually do, not what we intend to do. So the moment I started following through on decisions aligned with who I wanted to become, I could feel the momentum. The transformation didn't feel like years of slow grinding — it felt fast, because I was finally acting like the person I'd decided to be instead of waiting to "become" her first.

Since the workshop, I've felt more decisive, less stuck in overthinking, and honestly — more myself in my business. It's translated into more patients, but just as important, more ease and more fun in how I run things. I highly recommend it.
