Extremely reliable and helpful. Jack always goes above and beyond to try and find a solution to any problem/issue that may arise and the quality of the workmanship is always first class!

Jack assessed our new home which needed a new central heating system installed. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and easily communicated the pros and cons of the various options which would best suit our needs. His team worked well around other trades we had in the house (we were going through a full refurb) and we're extremely happy with the system we have. Will continue to use for our annual boiler service.

Extremely pleased with my boiler replacement. Jack and Danny have done a fantastic job and cleared my attic of all redundant clutter and left everything very tidy. Would heartily recommend.

Highly professional organisation to work with, after doing the usual enquires for a new boiler install for my home and rental I decided to go with Heating and Cooling. Jack PM’ed the work for my home install which included a lot of pipe work as well as installing a tank in a new location. An implementation plan was put together with a timeline, the complete install was delivered as per the plan, the engineers who carried out the work were punctual, customer orientated and most importantly skilled in their profession.
Danny the engineer who installed the boiler at my rental, was highly proficient, the install went in smoothly with no issues. Jack visited the rental pre and post install to ensure I was happy with the work carried out. 5 out of 5 for engineering skills, customer service and professionalism.

After a cold few days without hot water or heating, two visits and persistence from Dean fixed the issue with minimal fuss. Cracking bloke, and along with Sharon in the office have both been speedy to resolve any queries with professionalism and good humour at times when much needed! Thanks to all.

I needed urgently a gas safety certificate. Phone Sharon late in the morning, by the afternoon the technician was at the property for the inspection.

Super quick communication. Sharon is so efficient, friendly and organised, and the gentleman (Dean) who they sent out on an emegency call out was very professional & super nice & called and explained everything. Amazing service - cannot fault the service at all.

Friendly, professional and quality work. Jack came and fitted new thermostatic radiator valves, after a boiler service a few months ago. Both times, he explained everything really clearly, did quality work and left everything clean and tidy. I’ve used Heating Cooling for many years, would recommend them and would definitely use them again.

We have been with this company for many years,and have received many services over the years. After 13 years,our boiler needed replacing.
Heating and Cooling provided us with a new boiler, a Baxi.They were able to arrange a very timely date,and their Project Manager came with the Heating Fitter,and gave an excellent account of the process.
On the agreed date the Fitter/engineer came and commenced the work on 29th June 2023.It was completed within the day as arranged. The service provided was excellent and our new boiler is working well.
We would have no hesitation in using this company again and would recommend them strongly.
All staff were excellent.

Heating and Cooling recently checked out and repaired my air source heat pump which had stopped working. The appointment was within a week of my initial call. Their engineer, Andrew Hodges was brilliant! Knowledgeable, courteous, efficient and a pleasure to have in the house. When he could not locate the fault, he returned a couple of days later with a colleague at no extra charge. All is now working well. I will definitely use Heating and Cooling Group again.

I recently had my bathroom refurbished by Heating & cooling and I was absolutely delighted with the results. The work was carried out to a very high standard, and the team was friendly and professional throughout. They were flexible. They were willing to work around my schedule, and they were able to accommodate some last-minute changes that I wanted to make. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality bathroom refurb.
