I NEVER received my item that purchased from Heaven Mayhem. When I reached out to them they responded by AI it seems like an they never sent me the item nor a refund. Will contact my bank, how unprofessional and bad business! Stay away!!

Beautiful earrings but they were too heavy for my ears. Unfortunately, I didn't realize before ordering that they couldn't be returned.

I made a purchase online with Heaven Mayham. I bought 5 pairs of earrings, spent about $500. When I received my order I couldn’t believe my eyes. Generic boxes,cheap,low quality, heavy, damaged, garbage! I reached out to the company and it turns out no refunds on earrings! I wonder why? This company is a scam. You can buy BETTER earrings on Amazon for $10 a pair. The most disappointing, embarrassing, experience!

I had a very disappointing experience with Heaven Mayhem. I placed my order in February 2026, and for an entire month there were no updates or changes to the order status. Only after I contacted them myself did I find out there were “shipping issues” and that my item was actually out of stock.

Instead of informing me earlier, they waited until I reached out and then issued a refund. Waiting that long with no communication is frustrating and concerning. Customers deserve transparency, especially if an order cannot be fulfilled.

Overall, this experience felt unprofessional and a bit suspicious to me.

Items tarnish easily, stones of earrings fall and on top of all that they take weeks to ship orders with customer service not helping at all. Do not order.

The jewelry valu and price. Variety on jewelry and other items. The presentation of the items being shown to the visiting customers.

Bought a few pieces (clove earrings, prize earrings, baby knot earrings) when I saw the pieces on a co-worker. They are all great quality and came in a timely manner. I also received a Saie lip liner as a gift with purchase that is now my favorite. 10/10 would recommend.

I was disappointed with my experience ordering from Heaven Mayhem. When my order arrived, the jewellery box hardware was scratched and the velvet pouch was poorly stitched and misshapen.

Customer service approved my claim, but the only solution offered was to return the items via FedEx for a refund (after all that??). Unfortunately, the nearest FedEx location to me is about a 40-minute drive away, which makes the return extremely inconvenient.

Given the issue was due to a quality defect upon arrival, I expected a more reasonable resolution. Overall, the quality control and customer service experience were disappointing. I won’t be purchasing from this brand again.

Beautiful cuffs, extraordinary customer service

I ordered a necklace 1 week ago. On the website they claim it would take 3-4 days to arrive. Wrote them an email still no update or reply. Going to expose them on tiktok, because that‘s when they will response. Clowns

Awful customer service. I have been sent a faulty earring, where the back constantly falls off and I have been very close to losing the earring on numerous occasions. One of the backs is so evidently looser than the other. When I reached out, they have claimed the only thing the can offer is a discount code or voucher for my next purchase, that’s not solving the problem, that is just making me spend more money with the high risk that the exact same situation will happen again. Very unimpressed.

I had a personally great experience with Heaven Mayhem. I bought their famous knot earrings in December and I am very happy with the product and the packaging and details are very well curated. Overall a good brand, although a bit expensive.

Such bad customer service, package arrived two months late with one item not included after saying it went out of stock, then told me they would refund my shipping, after chasing this they then told me it’s non-refundable??? Terrible customer service and completely un empathetic. Someone responded to my email with a completely different problem.

All retail extends there return policy during the holidays.. this company will not. So if you order and 10 days go by your stuck even for exchanges. I would never order again.

Read the small print. Earrings cannot be returned or exchanged - particularly in a sale - and the quality is poor. Earrings are quick to tarnish. Better companies elsewhere online as there is no desire for customer satisfaction. Wish I'd read the other reviews first.

Purchased Macbook air 13" case cover. It is very stylish and looks good however there is no way its made to fit. Doesn't even clip on at all far too small. Cost £8 for delivery yet heaven mayhem want £45 to return when the case cost £49.. now trying to sell on Facebook. Its an absolute rip off. Do not go near stick to trusted sites you know well . Customer service is also terrible!

Bought a laptop case as a Christmas gift for my daughter. On Christmas Day, we reached out to HM saying that we need to exchange it for a different model. They declined our request to return because it was now outside of their 10-day return window. No exceptions for the holiday season. Why bother using them for gifts. Ugh
