Terrible customer service. Doesn’t reply. I asked to cancel my subscription and they didn’t do it and charged me again. And now I can’t get a hold of them and the link to cancel doesn’t work. They also incentivize these trustpilot reviews, offered a refund on the products and then conveniently don’t respond at all after.

I ordered an abundance recieved my order quickly but upon trying it found out it was just too heavy for my skin type. Customer service was fast answering questions and stopping my subscription. I feel this would be a great product for the right person!

Good product

My 1st order was sunscreen and it was easy to order and was delivered quickly! I love the ingredients of sunscreen, that there wasn’t a beef tallow smell (loved the scent) and that it rubbed in smoothly! I did have to reapply more often than 90 minutes in water. I would recommend every 45 but maybe that’s my skin type. A very happy customer and I’ll be ordering again! Thank you for making clean sunscreen that my family can use!

Product delivered said Made in China. The name on the packaging was Eelhoe not Heaven Tallow. Its a scam. Customer Service said it was just a printing mistake and I could "trust" them that the product in the tube was authentic from their homestead in Florida. All lies.

Very disappointed with the whole experience.
Purchased 2 boxes of "organic" beef Tallow sun cream. I didn't receive them for 2 or 3 weeks. By the time l received them, l was more disappointed. Why? Because l realized 1) they're coming from China. 2) the packages loked almost the same BUT it was NOT the same brand. It wasn't organic. And the ingredients were different. When l checked the brand name, it was high risk unauthorized product this company uses according to Google. I completed and asked for refund and cancel the subscription. The person called Hira explained that the product inside is their product (l don't believe it) but if l'm not comfortable using them, she would send me replacement. Since l was so excited about trying this product, l said l'd give them another chance and l'd accept the replacement. It took again for a long time and still no sign of any confirmation from her or package delivery so l contacted her and told her to forget about it. Now l don't want it as l had to buy different sun cream. So cancel everything.
Next day one box of cream arrived but this time l wasn't going to change my mind. I offer to return the product. She said l keep it but she will cancel the subscription and organize the refund with the financial team? I still hear nothing back from them and this has been going on nearly two months since l first received the fake cream from China. I think l'll have to try to find a number that deal with this company or go to my bank with all the evidence emails... l'm not happy at all

I bought this product because it was supposed to be American made. What I received was sunscreens and lip balms from China. When I contacted customer service I was told that during rush shipping that they substitute items from other countries/manufacturers. This is not acceptable. I have been trying to get this sorted since May 17, 2026 and today is June 24, 2026. Company is no longer responding to my messages/emails. I can provide pictures and tracking to confirm my claims. This company is a switch bait SCAM

I was looking forward to getting these products because it was advertised as US made products with natural ingredients, but when I got my products they were the complete opposite. I am very disappointed in this purchase and have contacted the company for a refund and have not been able to make contact with anyone yet. It’s definitely too good to be true, I just wished I would have been more aware of this being a scam..

I thought I saw this from USA but the product I received was from China brand name Eelhoe. Still I like the tallow base. It makes my skin soft and sunscreen works. Slight whitish cast.

The sunscreen ingredients were not fully disclosed on the website, very misleading. Furthermore, when l received this product the box clearly indicates made in CHINA, and not made in Florida as the website indicates.
l have requested a FULL refund and have not obtained a response.

Easy smooth transaction and I love the Beef Tallow product. My face loves it. It brings healing and software and I look younger.

So far, I am enjoying this sunscreen. It has a great feel to it, and seem to have great ingredients. It take a little while to ship to the US, but I was happy with the sunscreen itself.

The buy one get one free is a great way to try the product. I was able to purchase for myself and give the other to my mother. So excited to find something natural since my mother had a skin cancer removed on her nose, I wanted something not toxic for her. Thank you for this.

I refuse to put nasty chemicals on my kids, but since we live in Florida, sun protection is a must. This stuff meets that need. Great value compared to other all natural sunscreens. Make sure to apply 10-15 min prior to any water activity, because it will wash off if it's not absorbed. Overall, a great product that I would recommend to anyone looking to stay away from the harsh chemicals in normal sunscreen.

I think it's a great product! I’ve been using it now for a couple months but still having some issues with a dermatitis issue. I e heard that skin issues can also be caused by parasites which would need a more internal remedy and not just a topical one. All in all it’s a great moisturizer and I like it better than any lotion I’ve use.

Wore all day at the beach and no burn!

Very disappointed as I was hoping this clean product would be our answer to non chemical sunscreen. However….We went to the beach in Florida. Used this sunscreen the first day. We were out there for about 4-5 hours and reapplied 3-4 times. We all got burned. We are generally very tan in the summer and stay at the beach for several hours each day. But we all got burned after using it. I do not recommend this product.
