Is the first platform that I use to do influencer marketing and I'm really happy with them.

We have been using Heepsy for a while, we have run some campaigns for various clients and we have always find the right influencers for every one of them. We are greatly satisfied. We never had any problem with them and we hope it continues like this.

I love being able to find Twitch influencers that fit our standars just doing some searches and filtering for languages and by category.

I haven't been using the platform for a long time, but, the time I've been using it has been amazing. I like how user friendly is, and I like the appearence. Finding influencers in Heepsy is pretty smooth.

I love the authenticity filter. I can see results from real influencers, with real followers, and usually when you search with the authenticity filter you found influencers with high engagement rates. It's like killing two birds with one stone. What's more to say, I just really love it!

I found Heepsy a very useful tool to look for the influencers I needed for my digital social media network influencer marketing campaigns in the US. Definitely a worthy monthly investment for a company to promote through their influencer network. I would recommend it for any company looking to build a consistent brand in instagram, tiktok and/or youtube.

Hace poco empezamos a usar Heepsy para encontrar influencers de instagram para una campaña de lanzamiento de producto. Cuando hice el free trial no estaba muy convencido, porque me resulto algo confuso, pero gracias a su equipo de support decidí darles una oportunidad, y creo que no me equivoqué. El filtro por contacto me permitía seleccionar influencers que además de instagram tuvieran tiktok. Y con las listas, la selección de influencers con los que vamos a trabajar fue mucho más fácil de hacer. Estoy muy contento con los resultados obtenidos, y estoy deseando iniciar nuestra campaña de influencers.

Very bad experience!
All the "influencers" are the same than on some free platforms.
I have been charged more that 250 USD for nothing and without my acceptance. i saw that many other users experienced the same, they always refer to their terms that were "accepted" while answering to the reviews... so can you please explain why when a user realised you have charged him and contact you to get a refind even though he has not used the service at all you answer : "Sorry, we cannot make any refund, we suggest you to use your credit" PURE SCAM!!!

I read the other reviews and i got scammed the same way than Mr Morgan got scammed. I got charged without even knowing i will be charged. NEVER PUT YOUR CREDIT CARD THERE!

Heepsy.com is charging users without them to agree and without even a notification.

This platform is an absolute SCAM. They charge very expensive prices and have unreasonable plans. I picked the normal plan to start with but I had to upgrade the plan immediately because I was not able to segment the Influencer audience by age. Then! When you cancel the subscription they offer you 50% off. An absolute SCAM and there wasn't even Customer Support to request a refund.
Stay far from this platform.

In our team we needed a software like this so we could spend less time searching for influencers on social media manually. The free trial is quite limited so we can test the platform first before paying for any plan, so a slight recommendation for the team. But it is true that it is very easy to use and has the necessary features for influencer search. Also, they have recently made quite a few changes to the platform and I like them considerably. The addition of Twitch is a plus.

A tool that fulfills my requirements
A tool that fulfills my requirements. A very user friendly tool: easy to use and efficient. It's much easier to find influencers and choose the ones that fit our brand thanks to the filters they offer. If I had to put a downside, it would be that they don't have Pinterest influencers, which I was also interested in.

CONARTISTS!!! If I could leave -1 I would. Their Tool stopped working after 2 days, and they DO NOT OFFER REFUND in any case, so once you pay for their plan, there is no way back, even when their tool glitches and blocks you! Also, their reviews from ES (Spain) are all fake, all positive reviews given in the same day, and from the same country. BE AWARE, THEY ARE SCAMMING YOU FOR YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!!!!!

Awful and basically a scam.

Used it for 20 minutes and didn’t get any value, asked for a refund - not granted.

Edit* they replied saying I used it for 2 weeks. This is a lie. It just took them 2 weeks to reply.

The free version is limited, but the gold plan has exactly the features we needed. We have been able to make much quicker the process of discovering influencers. The discovery of new talent is sooo hard without a tool like this!

This is a very useful platform if you work in social media and are trying to work with influencers. The tool is very easy to use and intuitive.

My team has spent so much time looking for influencers and having so many difficulties. but, since signing up to Heepsy, we have saved so much time! This is a great influencer search tool and a really good price for all of the filters that they offer.

I signed up for Heepsy a few months ago after doing a demo with their sales team. If you have doubts or aren't sure about subscribing, I'd recommend a demo, as the sales rep explained everything so I knew just what to expect before choosing my plan and paying.

After working with Heepsy for a while, I can say it's helped me find great influencers for recent campaigns, and I like the ability to save influencers to different lists and export the data as a spreadsheet. Just FYI, I've only really used Heepsy for Instagram influencers; the Youtube feature seems more simple, but I didn't use it firsthand.
