The check that they sent to me bounced
The check that they sent to me bounced. Now my bank account is in the negative. Then they sent me a “Welcome” letter for a loan I never received. As per usual , phone calls go unreturned. Now I have to pay my bank back for the negative balance and these people are expecting me to make payments on a loan that was never processed? I will continue to write negative reviews on every single website I am able to do so.

Houston and Brenda was the BEST to work with at the New Nashville location, they were super friendly and professional and answered all my questions I had while signing my loan, the loan process was fast and easy. Now days it's not easy to find good people to do business with.
