I've now bought three rings from Ruth at Heirloom - two wedding rings (with my wife) and recently an eternity ring (for my wife). As a man who doesn't have a clue about buying rings, Ruth makes the process easy and stress-free, following a brief consultation, usually bringing a selection to you or to a neutral, relaxed venue, and each time the selection has been spot-on and within budget. I also required the ring to be made in a really tight timescale, and Ruth managed to deliver just in the nick of time. Highly recommended.

Having met Ruth about 3 years ago we originally called upon her to have one of the stones in my then fiancee's engagement ring reset. This was done for a very affordable price and it was not only returned in an impressive timescale but looked better than brand new with an amazing shine to the stones. It was at this point that she informed us of how to take care of the ring to ensure it stays in tip top condition.
Further down the line it came to getting our wedding rings arranged, with not a flicker of consideration we called upon her again to assist with this.

She came to our house and talked through all the many different options available and was able to not only get us something we wanted within our budget but she also arranged for the engagement ring to be resized as it was slightly too large.

The rings came within the timescale promised (which was pretty short as we left it quite late!) Ruth was also going away on holiday but managed to still meet the timescale promised and we both love the finished product which we had engraved on the inside also.

A lovely person who really knows her stuff and offers up much more information than any other provider I have ever come across.

I have since asked her to make something for my daughter and have no doubt that any of our requirements in future Heirloom will be our first port of call.

Having recently proposed to my then girlfriend unprepared and without a ring, I started the adventure of trying to find a suitable engagement ring. I came across Ruth and Heirloom online having quickly discovered that I am out of my depth, with many ring designs to choose from, so many online shops, high street shops, I had no idea what I was looking for or what I should be avoiding.

After spending a few months trying to find out what style of ring my fiancé wanted I then dropped Ruth an email via the website, it was at this point that my problem was solved. I met Ruth at a location close to home, living in Cheshire I wasn't expecting this from a London based company, and we talked through all aspects of engagement rings, designs, diamonds etc. One of the most important parts of the conversation was Ruth getting to know both my partner and I. I felt that this made a big difference and that it enabled Ruth to come up with something that really suited our needs. It was a complete bespoke service, from choosing the diamonds, the design, gold or platinum, all of which was made so much more easy due to Ruth taking the time out to explain every part in detail.

After a few weeks I met Ruth again and took delivery of the ring, I was blown away with how it looked, it was perfect. Ruth took me through how to take care of the ring and even provided several reputable insurance companies to ensure it was covered and replaceable in the event of it being stolen or damaged. We also needed the ring to be resized, this was also very straight forward, completed and sent back to me within a few days.

Excellent service end to end, I would recommend to anyone thinking of buying a piece of jewellery. It made my life so much simpler and exceeded all my expectations.

From start to finish Ruth was warm, friendly, and hugely knowledgable about jewellery! She listened to exactly what I wanted, offering advice and suggestions throughout. My experience with Heirloom was absolutely lovely and the finished piece is something I will always treasure.

I wanted to have my engagement and wedding rings remodelled and after speaking to few people I was lucky to find Heirloom. I met Ruth, who is a delight and a very knowledgeable person. Ruth managed to understand perfectly what I wanted and sent me few design options and costs (yes, budget is important after all). It was very hard to chose one design because all of them looked so beautiful! But when I finally did and gave Ruth the go ahead she kept me informed every step of the way. The whole process went amazingly swiftly and smoothly. I have just received my remodelled rings and I couldn't be happier! They are absolutely stunning! Great craftsmanship! All in all I can't recommend Heirloom high enough!

I had a pretty clear idea of my girlfriend's 'dream' engagement ring. That said, Ruth did a fantastic job of listening to exactly what I was looking for and replicating that in the design and the sourcing of the diamond. My now fiancé and I absolutely love the ring and couldn't be more happy with it. I would confidently recommend Heirloom London to anyone looking for a knockout engagement ring!

I contacted Ruth just a few days before Christmas with the intent of getting a long overdue eternity ring for my wonderful wife. Despite being due to fly to the US just a few days later, Ruth reached out to her network and secured a beautiful ring that was the right size for my wife - it helped that Ruth had my wife's ring size from a previous resizing because of course there was no way I would know what it was.

I paid securely online and the ring was couriered to me the next day and I was able to surprise my wife on Christmas day with the ring she has anticipated for quite a long time.

I was introduced to Ruth through a work colleague. Although there was a certain amount of anxiety associated with picking an engagement ring, and the process that i wanted to go through was a little left of centre, Ruth rose to the challenge, in an impeccable manor. I was blown away after collecting the ring yesterday, it's dazzling. Not comparable to high street rings. They're different beasts. Ruth sends you away with a Ferrari, high street rings are the Nissan equivalents. Ruth's pride, passion and conviction in her vision makes the process enjoyable from start to finish.
