You guys are great to deal with and very responsive.
The only thing I would say that for overseas customers the postage is a little expensive as are some of the products you sell.
So maybe something could be done thier to help is out.
But the quality of your products are high in quality so I will purchase again at some time.

They failed to mention tariffs would apply to our shipment (so we had to pony up after it got delivered), the customized artwork for the bag was a ruse and they ship all items in their generic bags instead... finally, and quite plainly: the items border on not worth the cost (especially when adding in duties). We LIKED most of the items and enjoyed the surprises, but the negatives truly outweigh the positives especially with the totals at the end of the day.

An amazing company! This is the second time I’ve ordered from them and they are highly recommended. The items are of great quality and the team does an excellent job packing your order.

Generic products hastily thrown together. Not worth the money at all.

Made a mistake on my order and sent a message. The mistake was quickly corrected and my items were packed and shipped fast. Overall great experience.

Die Artikel sind top. Es gab regelmäßig updates zur Bestellung und dem Versand. Der Versand selbst war auch sehr schnell (ca. 10 Werktage von Japan nach Österreich). Die Artikel waren auch gut verpackt.

Hello Japan brings the cutest & unique swag bags straight from Japan. I have ordered from them twice- now. I have been enjoying the Bleach anime themed bags and when I have even requested a character they tried their absolute best to make that request happen even know they cannot guantee it. Tho- the last time I requested Ichigo merch they went above and beyond. I was stoked with all 15 items they sent and It was indeed " Oops, all Ichigo Kurosaki," Where I collect explicitly Ichigo merch. I would have cried again if they didn't give me Ichigo-themed anime merch. I do truly love their bags, and Hello Japan has gone above and beyond. Even when I have asked for a mystery bag request.
