Do not trust a company that will not post reviews on their website. Still waiting on my order. Place order 8/11 said it takes 7-15 days, its now 8/29. Now say its 30 days or more. said was free shipping but charge me some international shipping rate! DO NOT TURST THIS COMPANY

Received my order today! So disappointed merchandise looks NOTHING like the pictures. Sizes is so small, I measured myself and my daughter to make sure we ordered the correct size. I measured in inches and cm just to make sure. Garment still too small. If you’re anything bigger then a 8 or 10 do not order from this company. To return anything is a joke!

I received amazing clothes that were totally worth the money! I would definitely recommend this to everyone. the white dress i got has exceeded my expectations and i will wear it on my birthday this weekend. I loved shopping here and will do again.

NEVER order from this company. I ordered a summer dress May 24th. It is now August 28th and I still have not received it. This is totally unacceptable. I wrote the company a number of times in June and July asking where my Summer dress was. I wrote a review here Aug 3rd, on Aug 18th company then sent me a notice that the item had shipped. What? Too Late, Summer is over folks! NEVER order from this company.

Excellent brand! I have never been this satisfied with a clothing brand. I will keep on buying from Hellocloth as their delivery service is top notch. I got my order sooner than I ever expected. Thank you so much. I used to have problems with deliveries when buying from other online stores, but now I got the answer to my problems!

If I could have negative stars, HelloCloth would get it. I'm not sure how they have 2...

WARNING: NEVER purchase from HelloCloth!! It's a scam at best. The clothing is cheap imitations of designs in stolen influencer photos and IF you receive your items, they will come 2 months later. And when you return items for a refund, THEY KEEP YOUR MONEY AND DISAPPEAR. Buyers beware of all these fraudulent Asian imitation e-commerce sites!!

Take your money and never deliver!! Avoid at all cost!! Send email after email asking for my money back and keep getting told it's been sent as a high priority but still waiting!!! Been over a month!!! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!

I have given them all the information that they have requested over and over again and they still ask for me to wait a few more days for a refund!! Must be hard for someone to push a button!!!!!

Billed me and never received my shipment. Emailed twice and out $64. Arghhhhh.

I was blown away by the quality of my items, everything feels sturdy and built to last with excellent materials. I love everything I ordered and I plan to use them often. I purchase lot of times on online. Some of the online shopping once are very honest they provide good products and good customer services.
This gives us any goods very quickly.The most special thing is that the stuff is of very good quality. I was updated on my shipment all throughout. I must say the products were of the exact quality as I had ordered.

THE WORST COMPANY EVER! HORRIBLE CLOTHING! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I’ve been waiting for a refund for 2 months. They are frauds and cheaters!

Two items I ordered and payed were completely missing. One other item was just totally off-sized.
Never again. Total waste of money and time.

The fashion PHOTOS do not match the reality of the product

I've given this a one star because it's the lowest I can choose. This company is terrible. My jumpsuit is absolutely disgraceful! I have cleaning cloths that are in better shape. It does not match the description nor the picture they posted at all. It's not only huge...but all the sewing is undone. On top of it all it took 2 months to arrive. Waste of time...waste of money! I am currently disputing with Paypal to get a refund! I would recommend they close up shop!

The cloth I buy from the company is just in pure cotton and my views were that I cannot get this type of cotton from anywhere. I am hesitated to tell the truth to the world that if they are buying anything from anywhere in the world. I was wrong and this company learns to believe me. Thanks anyhow.

I have ordered clothes, pretty ones, cotton ones, but they all came synthetic and terrible looking, totally not as on picture. This is scam. They advised me to send it back and pay by myself for shipping to US, even all clothes came from China - the cheapest quality that you can imagine! They promised me $25 refund, but I have paid over 100, but I have never received it. Totally disappointed.

Don’t order from this company! I had the same experience as the other 1star reviews. Here it is in a nutshell:
1. Ordered 1dress and it took over 6weeks to get to me.
2. Dress didn’t fit at all and was horrible quality.
3. Returned the dress and they received it on July 9.
4. It is now August 20 and still no refund. I have sent various emails about this and just receive emails back asking for more time.

This company is a scam! I will be researching lawyers at the Chinese Embassy in order to get this company shut down. Don’t order from them!

I’m back for another review. This time after two months I received three dresses in the mail. Having read some of the comments on here , sadly too late, I was expecting the clothes to be low quality and not quite like the photos of what I actually ordered. Let me tell you, I wish they were at least as good as my worst expectations. The clothes are below bad quality and so far from the photos words can not explain. This is definitely a total scam site, do not order from them under any circumstance. I have found a Chinese lawyer through their embassy and am planning to go after them for scamming me!
