you have to be joking
you have to be joking !
1. the product is expensive, but hey, the pain is there, so if I can get a little natural relief... problem : been taking it for more than a week and it's doing nothing.
2. the shipping is excruciatingly expensive ! (if I order something from Amazon.com, I pay just one third of the amount you billed me for a package that weighs 4 times more than this one !!
3. on top of that, today I got a 44€ bill (that's over $50) from FedEx for customs, shipping and handling fees. The least you could do is warn customers beforehand that they're facing all those hidden costs !!
I will certainly NOT order from you ever again.

We do appreciate you taking the time to give us your feedback. Regarding the effectiveness of our product, please keep in mind that it is a natural, homeopathic medicine for symptom relief. Since there are no harsh chemicals or stimulants, it can take time to build up in the system before the body can begin responding, which is why we encourage customers to try our products for at least 30 days (with regular use). Perhaps for you, it will take longer than a week.
As far as the shipping fees, we do have two options. Our saver shipping is much less, but can take longer to arrive and does not provide tracking unfortunately. Our standard shipping does provide tracking, and is estimated to arrive within 14-20 business days for most places, depending on processing time in the customs department.
We do not hide our shipping policy and is available for customer review. It does state Tax and duties for international orders are not included in the shipping charge. Customers are responsible for any additional Customs fees. A separate invoice for the tax and duties (Customs fees) will be charged to you from either USPS or FedEx® or your country's Customs office. We do apologize if you missed that information online.
We do hope that you continue to use the product for at least the 30 days, perhaps you will begin to feel a response the longer you have it in the system. The recommended dose is 1 ml twice daily, but it can be taken up to three times a day if needed. Please feel free to contact our call center directly with any product or usage questions as we would be happy to assist you.

We do apologize for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, since our products are used as OTC homeopathic medicines, even our dietary supplements, we are required to have that statement on every label. We do formulate our products to be first and foremost safe for every days use and they can be taken along with other medications. There have been no reports of any negative side effects commonly associated with other symptom relief medications or any reports of drug interactions. There have been many customers that include our products into an existing regimen of either prescription medications or natural supplements. Of course each person is different, and results will vary as well as timing for relief. If you do decide to include our product into your regimen, we generally suggest allowing at least 15-30 minutes in between products for optimal absorption. I ordered Compulsin 1 month ago, but unfortunately it didn't help me, I hoped that it would help me, but there was no a good result with it. I have all the symptoms of the obssessive disorder, I've been suffering form it for may years and I can't find any solution to my problem. My second order B-Balanced hasn't arrived yet. I tell you about Compulsin, it was my first order on your site.

Some customers felt that they responded very quickly, some took a little longer and others did not feel a a response at all in the amount of time they took they product. We do encourage customers to try our product for at least 30 days, and take the product as directed twice a day. While there have been no reports of any drug interactions, we do still suggest allowing at least 15-30 minutes in between for optimal absorption. Did you take Compulsin at the very same time as other medications or supplements? This can sometimes cause the product to take a little longer to work.
