I ordered the product online and didn't receive it in the promised time . I emailed and inquired where it was . The response was " we just received the product back , as wrong address ". I responded back that it was my address . No response back that it was being shipped again . I did finally get it . I bought this for my grandson and today is the first day he will use it ; so I cannot say if it works or not .

I have used the product "Cholestasys" now for many months and have gotten great results. I would not hesitate to buy other products from this company.

This is the second time that my aunt has bought this product from you.
Efficient shipping. Medicine is good . Price is ok.
Only problem are duties and taxes, but, this is due to the policy of Brazil import regulations, nothing to do with you.
Paid more duties and taxes than the price of the medicine.

Your shipping policy is too rigid due to reliance on USPS. My purchase delivered via USPS never reached me. The replacement with Fedex reached me within a week of dispatch. Fedex, my preferred means. Please be flexible on this.

And most importantly my order arrives within 2- 3 days and I don't have to pay for shipping!

I think HelloLife is a great company with a good product, even though Respitrol didn't work for me personally.

the product arrived on time and as promised. So far tho, we have not seen any improvement-in fact he has fallen backward in his behavior. Its been 10 days, we will give it at least the 30-60 before updating our review.

Easy to order and even the delivery time to New Zealand I cannot complain about. I've ordered ther items from other companies and they have taken much longer.
As for the product itself - I wouldn't want to be without it anymore. I was doubtful that it would make a difference but I was so wrong. My son, sleeps better, eats better, is more attentive at school, is soaring through his subjects and doing really well at it, and overall is a happier and easier child to deal with.
As a parent I cannot thank you enough for the difference.

first time i used it, i felt better.However i stopped it for one month because i wasn't able to get it from USA quickly and i didn't get the same result as first time. i will continue the i will decide.
