I sent you a message several days ago in order to find a solution about my purchase. My package is stopped in the tax office asking me the double of the value that I had payed! Plus they are asking for certification from the national organization of Medicine! These are things that you should have explained before shipping! Anyways I have never received a reply when I explained the problem to the customer service asking to ship back and a full refund since the package will never be delivered to me!!!

Neuroven I bought for my father , he began to use in the next period I hope that we will see positive effects of the drug . As for the delivery of paid medicine and transportation . Seam agreed to pay taxes and customs duties on products of entering into my country , and that's ok , but I branch Fedex or company that represents overnight in Bosnia and Herzegovina under the name EUROEXPRES charged additional costs amounting to about $ 40 , the STI is more than the amount for which I paid the freight from USA to Bosnia and Herzegovina , and of course I was negatively surprised transport services . First time ordering
medication from your company , hope to improve symptoms of neuropathy , so plan on more orders . Dishes problem is transport , because it is too expensive .

I started using this product quite awhile ago and it actually worked! I forgot it when traveling and found some other "homeopathic" brand at the airport. Not only did I find out that NOT all these products are the same, but it proved that I wasn't on a placebo high...lol! What do I mean? The substitute I bought at the airport did not work at ALL and I truly expected it to. Thanks for making a product that WORKS AND for great customer service/shipping time!!

Hello, the first time I bought painazol from you it was 2012! It had immediate effect! It was so good, it helped my sciatica so fast & for such a long time. I recommended it to lot of people! ! They couldn't thank me enough! Such immediate relief! I ordered more over the years, but now they have no effect! I noticed that all the ingredients that were in my very first order are no longer there! I had to resort to taking Ibuprofen! ! Disappointing for me & the people I introduced it to. I hope you will review my concern & Give us what we ordered the first time in 2012. Thanks much.

Thank you for having great products! My younger son uses Synaptol, we all noticed a calming in him after only 2 weeks. He concentrates better and listens to his teachers. We have recommended this to others. It's a wonderful alternative to medicine!

I have not been informed priorly of the impossibility of receiving the products in my Country , but in the site of Hellolife it says that no problem for shipment to Portugal.
Finally the products could not be delivered, and I have not been refunded for the amount paid , 89,90$ , but only for the 50% . It was not at all my responsability , but I have been penalised anyway , for Hellolife
This Company disappointed me totally, it is not trustable at all , no any value on it , please all the future buyers be very wise before making any purchase from Hellolife , I do not recomend at all Hellolife.

Both the company and the product are wonderful to work with for my six (6) year old son who has trouble focusing.

My wife uses the product and is really pleased with it. Service is fast and efficient and shipping is reasonable.

Basically this stuff is flavored water. I most certainly will taken them up on their offer for my refund after 30 days! Don't waste you time or money!

Hello life says they are homeopathic remedies for certain ailments and their products seem to work on those specific areas. Also their customer relations has been good. When I needed something fixed with the order they responded promptly. So far I have had good results with the products I have ordered. That's what I meant by the statement -They do what they say.

my order was shipped to my dad in a timely manner. he began using the Respritrol product and benefited from it within 2 days!

I finish the first bottle of Neuroveen I did not get any relief. Decided to order two more bottles to see if I take it for 2 more months I may see results for my painful Neuropathy. If not I will not be ordering any more.
