I've ordered from Hello Seoul a few times now and they are excellent. The products are a good price - cheaper than some other K-Beauty UK sellers - and they often run sales and offers which make their prices more reasonable. The parcels arrive very quickly and I've got no complaints (other than they send me a lot of emails about their sales which is not good for my wallet!)

Friendly service and order came fast. They have a wide range of products and popular Korean skincare brands.

Wasn’t sure if the site was legitimate, but I couldn’t get my Korean face cream in Germany anymore, so I was desperate.

My order came within a couple of days (to the UK), beautifully packaged in recyclable materials, and in an appropriately sized box - a rare occurrence these days!

They even sent a free sheet mask and a £3 off coupon code, which I was surprised by as even larger companies do not usually send free full-sized products, just tiny samples.

I will be placing another order before I return home, and likely every time I’m over in the UK for all my Korean cosmetic essentials!

I faced a couple of issues when placing my order and the Hello Seoul team was incredibly responsive and helpful in resolving everything. I can’t wait to receive my order and will definitely be back for more! I would 100% recommend this site if you’re looking for Korean skincare products.

it is always a pleasure shopping at Hello Seoul! it is one of my go-to places to shop kbeauty, the website is great to browse and wonderfully designed, ordered are shipped very quickly and arrive in a couple of days. you also get a free sheet mask with orders over £25. definitely recommend them! :)

I have been using Etude pencil for my eyebrows in the Philippines since college. Even when I was working in Qatar before, I always ask my friends to buy me 2-3 pcs as my stocks. Now that I am in the UK, I’m happy that I can order it online and no need to ask my friends when they come home to buy for me. Etude pencil is one of my daily must have wherever I go.

Really nice selection of Korean skincare products, including some that you cannot easily find in the UK, which is a huge plus now after Brexit with custom charges from retailers outside the UK. Plus they have offers all the time!
Website easy to navigate, speedy delivery and inside my parcel there was a hand written note saying ''You are more than ENOUGH'' with a smiley face which made my day!!
