I have paid my July rent payment to Hello Till and then they send out an email saying that my account will be closed at the end of June. Well I received a phone call from my Landlord saying am I going to pay my July rent. I told them that I did and I have proof of the payments taken out of my bank account to pay for July. I called and no one answers. I email and get a response back saying that they sent out an email stating that I would have to pay my July rent to the landlord. I want to know what and where is my money that I paid in June for July’s rent. It’s really bad when your landlord sends out notices to promote this company. They didn’t do their research.

I used TILL to help split up my rent payments. In January they offered a rental assistance, but NEVER said it had to be repaid back. I did not sign anything staying the rental assistance had to be repaid back. I had a slight issue with their account in March, but it got figured out. I paid the full amount of my July rent on June 18th. I received an email yesterday stating that Till is no longer working with my apartment complex and they will not be making July payments. So I emailed to ask if I will get a full refund for my July rent payment. I got an email back stated they were taking half of it to repay for the rental assistance they gave me back in January. I WAS NEVER TOLD THAT 1) They wouldn't be make July rent until the last minute and 2) that they would be taking back the rental assistance that they offered in January. This is sooo inconvenient as how am I going to come up with the other half of my rent.

I’ve never had any issues with Til. The customer service is always great and they are always willing to work out payment to fit what you need so I’m not sure who you guys been talking too. I love Til and hate that we will no longer be partnering with them where I live. Thank you Til

HelloTill was such a huge blessing in managing rental cost. The monthly fee was really reasonable too. In the end, I'm grateful that I received a refund from Hello Till, I am really sad to see them go.

Horrible customer service, I just had the worst experience and almost faced late fees and a poor payment record due to errors and lack of communication by Till on my rental payments. You pay their $10 fee per month just to have aggravation, not worth it and also never reported to credit bureaus as promised upon sign up. Worthless!

This company is such a scam and now my account is negative and I also have to pay a late fee on my rent. I'm so beyond pissed right now. I wish I never wish I came across this horrible site. These day's people will do just about anything to cheat the innocent out of their hard earned money. If you read this message,please learn from my mistake and do not trust your rent payments with Till. Everyone today is trying to make a quick buck and they don't care who they hurt and cheat in the process and Till is no different.

My husband signed up for this to help pay rent they withdrew the whole amount of my rent and put my account in the negative without even letting us know they where taking the money when I messaged about it some Tommie told us it was June rent up front but then when I look at my rent it does not show that it was paid either it now has a late fee added I have tried to call can’t get a hold of anyone just able to leave a message not even showing a number now to call I feel I was scammed I really want to know where is my money if it didn’t go for rent I have asked several question get no answers nobody gives straight answers I was message by a Kimberly B to send my bank statement showing they took the money did that and no answer back now I just don’t understand why their is no communication with this place to let us know what is going on

So I have been reading some of the responses on here from the people that weren’t “invited in” and I noticed tills response is the same to almost everyone that you agreed to this or this and this is why but it never really answered the questions. I started with till last year in July never had any issues until the community I live in decided to end contract with them. When I spoke with my office I was told I’m almost 1800 behind in rent and I’m like how. So I got my bank account statement and compared to the ledger I received and there are times where I paid hello till but it doesn’t show up on ledger and the manager in my apartments says they never received those payments, but yet they are debited from my account. I was caught up in January due to me falling behind and catching CoVid. So from February until May I have accumulated 1800 dollars of unpaid rent but in April my account was debited for $1,019.00 about 400 of that they never received but it shows on my bank statement that HelloTill took it out. When I have tried to call them (multiple times) the phone rings and then you are put on hold then comes back and says no one is available to take your call but the prompt just stated their wait time was 14 minutes but I waited almost 40 minutes before an answering service picks up and says no one is available and to leave name, number and email address. Since my account is closed I can’t even access the information anymore and I have also emailed still with no response. When I was still with them they were very on time with responding to messages but now that I’m not it’s like they could care less. I at one time may have recommended this company but after no responses and not being able to tell me where my money is they took from me but didn’t go to my rent I would never recommend them.

I would not recommend this service. Till was going great until about a couple of weeks ago, they have stopped reporting my payments to my landlord and will not respond to my emails or calls. I have paid every week like, for the past year and all of a sudden, nothing!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND SERVICES. I am in the process of filing a BBB complaint.

This company has terrible customer service. They have you hold for up to 45 minutes to and hour and sometimes will disconnect the call. I made my payment before my rent was considered late and my property did not receive my payment in a timely manner, which caused me to be charged a late fee. I have called and spoke with 2 different people whenever I could get someone on the phone. I will manage to pay my rent on my own from now on. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. This company sucks.

I have been using the service for only a few months. Here recently, I received an email stating that my account was closed and that I'd be receiving a refund. Why?? I haven't closed my account nor had any reason to close my account. But I check my email and I have one from Till saying that I will be drafted by normal amount plus service fee. That's great but here it is 5 days after my rent is supposed to be paid, my account is delinquent and I've been calling this number all day with no response. Of course I want to pay my rent but I'm not paying my rent PLUS have a draft come out as well. I need someone to call me back ASAP!

Since beginning with Till in 2020…
Since beginning with Till in 2020 things have been decent. But when there has been an issue, it is usually addressed. Most recently I canceled my account with them as I do not need the service. Till continued to charge me as if I had not cancelled. Because I did not need them, the account that i normally used for till was not prepared for any charge. I reached out to them about a fee incurred on my account due to being charged even after I requested to cancel the program. They have ignored the 2 emails that I have sent detailing what took place, that is was their error, and asked for resolution. That was 3/24/22. I have heard nothing so I will be escalated my complaint to the BBB and any other entity that can address their lack of concern when the error made is that of the company.

Honestly way too upset to write the type of review to go deep in detail. To start off I had rude customer service from one associate and manager. My account was closed (which was amazing, I was tired of using it) and my answer was not answered on what happened to the money I paid to pay my rent. Instead said they took it all out for me paying back the loan which was explained to me, that I was already paying biweekly. They took out the wrong amount!!! Very terrible to use, I received poor customer service, I have to pay my rent AGAIN AFTER I JUST PAID and I wish I could have at least paid biweekly. Why would it take it out all at once without notification of payment? If anyone needs a loan or better way to pay bills, I suggest asking your leasing office for another program that DOES NOT have sketchy terms of conditions.

**Initial Inquiry**
I called on 3/8/22 (678-506-0269)@ approximately 12:20pm (CST) and had the unfortunate experience of being paired with an associate by the name of "Alicia". I had completed enrollment and received confirmation emails regarding the 'pending approval', and 'application approved'. Upon waiting days before reaching out to customer service and monitoring my online banking for the first scheduled payment, nothing had occurred thus rendering my rent late and accruing the fee. Speaking with Alicia, I immediately got the sense of poor telecommunication skills which prompted me to dance around her rude tone to get the proper help or response. I expressed my grievances concisely and was met with, "I can't find your information anywhere in the system. You will just have to reapply." As stated, I was already equipped with the user dashboard and login credentials with affirming emails. Seeing as I tried to take care of my personal business during my lunch break, I lost the opportunity to eat by being put on hold and met with appalling customer service. The primary reason for my response is not only for the associate, but because this company promotes safeguarding your rent for the roof over your head and turns around and loses your information that is of upmost paramount ;such as my banking information. If you had the opportunity to read this through, you more than likely read the terms of service and understand how ALOT of your information is being stored and used. My trust has been breached however, I look forward to speaking to upper management for further clarification on their systems. If user error were to blame, I would not mind providing an apology, but this needs to be reconciled in a timely manner.
