Helping Hands
I contacted Helping Hands and spoke to Sarah at head office as my husband was discharged from a Care Home and my original care provider let me down just after his discharge and we were in difficult position. She contacted the Rotherham office who came to the rescue and Kelly came to our home and was absolutely super she was so kind and caring and was able to give support the next day. Amazing professional service.

15 months of expert, sensitive care
We had carer visits over a 15 months time period with increasing frequency to help meet the needs of my parents. We ended up with 4 carer visits a day as needs changed. Throughout, the carers were sensitive and always gave us piece of mind that my parents were well looked after. The administration aspect of Helping Hands were excellent throughout, very responsive, helpful and concerned to always provided a high standard of service / care. Thank you all for your help

Very professional and considerate
Leanne the care manager put my Mom and myself our ease during her visit with her very friendly and professional manner.
She showed total respect to Mom whilst asking her questions about herself .
She thoroughly explained how and what the carers would do during the visits and assured me that the best match personality wise would be paired with Mom.
I questioned her about contingency plans should bad weather making the regular carer be unable to attendshe assured me that Mom's care needs would be a high priority and that if there was a carer geographically closer they would visit ,so I knew Mom would be cared for in my absence. I will be using this company to care for my Mom, the companychave a good 5 star rating which also gives me comfort that Mom will be in good hands.

Initial telephone call was excellent…
Whilst I haven't yet reached the point of organising a care package, I feel confident that this company will be able to provide the right level of care for my aunt. My initial phone call with Steve was personable, relaxed and yet also professional. Details of care available were carefully explained and Steve was able to book a further telephone appointment with their local office. I can't fault the service so far.

My dad looked like an Auschwitz victim after several months with these guys.
We had to take him into respite and cancel them.
