First problem.. no where is it indicated on site what currency the prices are in.. I assumed it was in aud. The order confirmation or the order also does not indicate currency. It's not until 2 or 3rd email does it become apparent.
When the product came...it was flimsy and did not sit very well on the body. The straps are detachable and actually detached all by themselves while I was wearing it at work causing so much embarrassment.
When contacted for a refund..they offered 10% of the purchase price or pay for the return shipping to an Asian country which is prohibitive and a joke.
Stay away from this company... Their products are terrible and their return policy a scam

At no time was it made clear the prices for these products was in USD. In fact, there is no mention anywhere on this website this is a US company! No address, no phone number, no transparency!

The Henacharm Bras are nothing like the photo nasty and cheap ugly what a waste of money Chinese rip off they should not be allowed to get away with this crap.

It is a joke. Terrible customer service, trying unsuccessfully for two weeks to return for refund. Stay away !

I ordered and received two pieces that were clearly several sizes too big. I also noted that the materials were of poor quality, especially for the price. When I wrote requesting the promised refund, all I received was a note saying that they were overwhelmed by the number of customers writing in and would be in touch. That was two days ago and in the meantime, I keep receiving more emails encouraging me to spend more money.

Total scam, don't waste your money. I ordered a beige, size 32 bra and got one in a 36 and it had leopard spots on it. There is no way to contact them. It is 100% illegitimate!!!

Full transparency: I haven't bought a bra from this company, and most likely never will! And here's why:
all their credibility flew out the window the instant they chose to feature an on-line "reviewer" (more like a sales agent) wearing a bra with features she really doesn't need!
I'll admit the bra she modelled "looked" fabulous!
I'm ALL about wireless!!
And it had super-wide straps and back - But those are features designed to be worn by women like me: someone who's a mature DD40! With post-kids saggy boobs!
Their little gal was bouncing all over the screen - but no matter how much she bounced around, her boobs won't go anywhere even WITHOUT a bra holding them down!!

I did appreciate the disclosure that this chipper gal proudly confirmed she's an A34 though.
But I think that was my size back in middle school! Haha
Since then, I bounce & droop all over the place just going to the loo in the middle of the night! LOL

What this company needs is a model like me jumping up and down to demonstrate how well the girlz can behave using their product.
So - if Henacharm wants to offer me a free demo model I'll gladly test it out for them.
But they need to get a firm grip on reality if they want me spending my money on something that teenybopper-boobs is wearing. 'Cuz that's not MY reality.

This company advertises bras at a reduced price and the ad seems very attractive. However, the product arrived late, I was sent the wrong color for one bra. The fit is horrible. Their sizing is not what our sizing is represented as. The material is flimsy, and they have no legitimate return or refund policy. I am stuck with a product that I cannot use after paying almost 50$ for 2 bras. After numerous emails stating that the product was not adequate I was told that unless the product is damaged, I am not eligible for a refund. They offered to send me 2 more bras with other color or sizing that I must pay shipping for. Why would I want a product that is so flimsy. It is horrible. Shoppers beware.
