Henry has a powerful motor with good suction, a sensible 10 metre cord, and of course a pretty face.
Unfortunately the accountants have got to the design, the attachments come loose from the pipe all the time, and the straight piece of pipe comes loose from the flexi tube. NOT GOOD ENOUGH! even the cheapest cleaner from the discount shop has better attachments than this.

I bought a Henry pet pro in August 25. The steel tubes stuck together and I couldn’t release them to use any of the brushes. I called customer service and I was told to use a hair dryer on the black connectors or fairy liquid to release the tubes as this is a known design fault. This is an unacceptable design fault for this hoover and I would not recommend.

Extremely Disappointed – Poor Quality Control and Delayed Replacement

I ordered a Henry vacuum cleaner on 18th June and received it two days later—only to find that the plug was broken. I contacted customer service right away and asked if they could send a replacement and collect the damaged one at the same time, but they refused, insisting I return the item first before a new one could be sent. This caused unnecessary delays.

To speed things up, I placed a second order on 26th June, agreeing that I’d return the damaged unit and wait for a refund. As of 11th July, I still haven’t received the replacement and have had no updates on its status. The whole process has been slow, frustrating, and poorly handled.

I expected much better from Henry. I only chose to buy from their website because of the promise of next-day DPD delivery, but the reality has been a disappointing and time-consuming experience.

Love my ‘Hetty quick’ cordless. Was quite sceptical but thought I’d give it a go. I absolutely love it, it’s great on carpet and hard floors. Keeps it charge.. very pleased with my purchase

After years of messing around with others who are all style and no substance I’m back with Henry. He’s everything you could want..well-built, reliable and does what he’s supposed to. Not to mention the fact he’s always smiling and good to go for as long or as little as you need. Follows me around without complaining and never makes too much noise. And last but not least, his long lead helps me reach parts others have never been able to. Good old Henry. 😬

Just bought a green pet Henry and I'm really impressed.....takes up dogs hair from flooring and carpets rapidly.
Better pick up then Miele compact 3.
Good delivery ,well packed...instructions need to be better so googled instead

Products are average but customer service absolutely appalling which is why I am now switching to another brand, it has taken 10 days (so far) to respond to a website query, I ended up getting the answer more quickly through Facebook message - strange that !
Clearly if they valued their customers they would respond to questions, particularly if you a looking to replace a Henry with a broken motor !

I had previously submitted a one star review which because of my ignorance I have now retracted. The battery gives almost 20 minutes and having two batteries makes it practical. Whilst the vacuum power does not, as one would expect, that given by a mains powered machine it is quite useable. Build quality is exceptional

Our first Henry and why did we wait so long ? The best in a long line of manufacturers including the overpriced Dysons. Can’t fault our Henry. Robust but light, strong suction and easy bag change. Also keenly priced

Henry Xtra and multiangle tool - brilliant vacuum. Light to use and the brush tool is great on carpets. Vacuum is really quiet. Customer service was good too. British made so much better than importing a Shark from China with all the associated environmental impact.

Ordered blue henry at a great price after watching inside the factory 👍....more than happy with the product especially with it being British made ....quality build...great to buy an old fashioned hoover instead of a rechargeable one ....thoroughly recommended....ordered Sunday recieved on Tuesday 👍😀

I ordered some extra accessories for my Numatic and they arrived well within the time stated were packaged well and as described.

At the time they arrived I didn't think much but having dealt with other companies who seem to have issues with posting items out, I now realise receiving items with no hassle should be praised.

Received tool kit for Henry cleaner on next day delivery. Hope you get back on with phones so you we can talk to some body. So we get the right goods first of all. Mr wood

Had my Hetty for 16 years and she still going strong!

My father worked for this organisation for 9 years and 46 weeks. When my father was diagnosed with Cancer, they stopped his Pay with virtually immediate effect.

As it happens, they have a benefit where wages will be paid in full for 6 months but only when you have done 10 years Service. My father was promised the world, and that they would fulfil the 10 year benefit and support everywhere they can. Then they didn't. They chose policy over anything else, which just shows how disgusting this company is.

You would have thought after so much tiring work and loyalty, Numatic International (AKA Henry Hoover) would treat people with a little more dignity and respect.

I bought a pack of bags for my Henry and the delivery was quick, good quality, would use again. A fun website to use
