Awful customer service and product quality experience. It's a shame that I have to give them 1 star because it should be less. Please review around the web before making your purchasing decision. The evidence posted suggests that you will have no resolution to any issue, the product quality and packaging is diminishing, often deliveries go missing and you are argued with about what you received as if you would lie about it. I will keep our issues private.

I have bought from this company on a number of occasions without issue however the first time I did need to contact their customer service what a poor service and bad attitude. I placed an order for my mum she as it was Easter when I ordered I paid for their 24hr delivery options 3 days later still no sign of my order. When I contacted them they advised just because the delivery says 24hr that doesn’t guarantee you’ll receive your order it could take up to 7 days. Which begs the question why is this an option if they can’t guarantee the delivery you would of course expect them to offer a refund in the delivery but oh no not unless the 24hour delivery doesn’t arrive within 7 days😂
After reading the reply it seems herbal health have totally missed the point DO NOT offer a service and charge extra if you can’t guarantee you can provide this my order took 48 hours to despatch confirmed by customer service, the reason for the premature review is because this is the first time I have contacted customer service I was reviewing this experience not the goods received which are excellent and I will still buy goods from this company but in future I’ll still to standard delivery on this occasion the order was placed by my wife

Good Afternoon Graham, As stated in our email and reply here. You placed an order on a weekend which our delivery terms clearly state we are closed and will despatch the next working day, in this case Yodel failed to collected our parcels. I personally stayed later and contacted yodel whom informed me that no one could get out to us for collection due to circumstances at the depot. This meant your parcel was despatched 24 hrs late but beyond our control, all parcels were missed not just yours. All services paid for are the service in which we purchase from yodel, if 24hr is selected the parcel is sent out with this service and label. No service is guaranteed, as unexpected things can happen and as stated we cannot guarantee a service which is not provided by ourselves and we do not have control over hence this part of our delivery terms. When placing an order you are agreeing to the terms set out.
Our hands are tied when it comes to delivery and we can only pass on feedback, put in claims and complaints with regards to delays and it is as frustrating for us as a business as it is you. However we are not taking extra money for postage and failing to post with the correct postage the delay is caused by things at the depots which are out of our control. Yodel is a sperate entity from ourselves and once items are despatched we have no control over the timeframe.
This states " Yodel [24H] or [48H] DELIVERY, WITH SAME DAY DESPATCH IS AVAILABLE ON ALL ORDERS PLACED BEFORE 3PM (MONDAY-FRIDAY ONLY). (EXCLUDES WEEKENDS & BANK HOLIDAYS)
All ORDERS PLACED AFTER 3PM WILL BE DESPATCHED THE NEXT WORKING DAY
All delivery notifications including tracking is provided by Yodel, you can track your parcel via the Yodel app or online service.
Note: Yodel [24H] and Yodel [48H] is a service provided by Yodel with the aim to deliver within the selected time frame (Monday – Friday).
This is not a guaranteed service and is purely a delivery aim. All delivery times/options stated do not include handling time, this is set out in our terms and conditions.
When selecting postage all consignments will be non POD meaning they can be left in a safe place, unless specifically stated otherwise. You have given your consent at the time of placing your order, for the consignment to be left somewhere without a signature Please note if your parcel is left at your request, without a signature, you forfeit your right to make any claim with ourselves or the courier in the event of loss or damage".
We use a courier service for delivery and all orders are sent out with the paid for postage type chosen by customers. Unfortunately this week Yodel failed to make a collection on Monday which has delayed the delivery for all parcels from Friday-Monday by 1 day. This is out of our control and we can not guarantee a service which is not delivered by ourselves and is a third party entity. We have never stated it could take up to 7 days, however if the tracking is still moving for a parcel we need to allow reasonable time for it to be delivered before sending a replacement out. If a parcel is confirmed lost after we have spoken to Yodel we will send out a replacement sooner however usually it is a slight delay which unfortunately we cannot control. We do not offer a refund on delivery costs, we would offer a replacement product.
It appears that you have purchased form us on a number of occasions with no issues, we apologise that your parcel has been delayed slightly however no other experience of this has happened and i feel that to leave a review when the instance is out of our control when we have delivered numerous times a great service as you continued to order from us is a bit premature.

5 Star Customer Service
The courier dropped my order off at the wrong address (nothing to do with Herbal Health CBD) and my order got lost. I immediately contacted Herbal Health CBD and they got back to me so quickly, they contacted the courier on my behalf and sent me a replacement order. I cannot fault anything, they went above & beyond.

Hello William, we're sorry that you have had this sort of a reaction with CBD. All of our oils are independently tested as indicated by the lab reports on the product pages. Unfortunately CBD isn't for everyone, one option may be to choose a lower dosage or an alternative method of application (dependent upon your requirements obviously).

We have received the exact same email from the scammer, showing an affiliation with a different company.
