I would advise to avoid this company. The order arrived, the goods were faulty and unwearable and the company offered a very small refund or pay a ridiculous amount to return. So now I am left very out of pocket.

This is by far the worst company I have…

This is by far the worst company I have ever ordered from.

I received the wrong product, and instead of taking responsibility, they refused to issue a proper refund. On top of that, they had the audacity to tell me that if I want my refund, I must send the product back at my own expense, paying not only for the return but also losing the money I already paid for the item.

So let me get this straight:
They send the wrong product, they make the mistake, and the customer has to pay for it. Completely unacceptable.

This is terrible customer service, zero accountability, and a clear lack of respect for customers. The whole process feels dishonest and exhausting, as if they are deliberately trying to make refunds so difficult that you give up.

I strongly do NOT recommend this company to anyone.
Wrong items, no real refunds, and policies that punish the customer for the company’s own mistakes.
Avoid at all costs.

Please be aware .

Please be aware .. my item never got delivered . I got proof from the courier that they had sent it back to them . I filled in a form to say I had not received it also . I am now over 2 months in and they STILL won’t refund me !!! I email everyday asking for a refund ! Awful awful company ! Cowboys! They don’t even deserve a 1 star!

Avoid!!!!

This company sent me an item that looks nothing like the item advertised! i am well within my right to request a refund.

RUBBISH

I received my product after 3 months of waiting. In those 3 months I kept asking for my money back to no avail. I now have an item that doesn't fit. There sizing is incorrect.
They suggested that I now give the product to someone else and they will give me 10% off my next order.
So how does that work. Im still out of pocket.
Customer services...disgraceful.
Im seeking legal advice now and I now don't care if it costs me more.
Something needs to be done about this company.
Why do you keep asking me to contact your support team. I do and you do nothing.
I've contacted Trading Standards. So watch out. Here ther come.

STAY AWAY

STAY AWAY. Iv been waiting well over a month for my order. I asked for a refund and to cancel my order as they told me it hadn’t reached their warehouse. They ignored my request and asked me to please wait for a few days. On further investigation of the site, photos and videos have been taken from a boutique in Liverpool. It’s a scam site.
