Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service, quick email reply and personal touch. Delivery is fast and easy. Mia is a very fussy 14 year old dog with a sensitive digestion and we were having to waste money throwing out meat based food. Following our Vets suggestions we tried Herbie and Wilde. We are now a very happy fully vegan household.

The best plant based dog food we’ve found
Our golden retriever is very sensitive to meat/fish. We have tried a couple of plant based foods for him but we’ll definitely stick with this one. He no longer has any gut issues and has stopped constantly licking his paws. Thank you 😊

Such friendly and personal customer service! Our vegan Newfoundland loves Herbie Wilde as do our two vegan labradoodles, really impressed with the wholesome ingredients. Not one dead animal body part or secretion in them. Will continue to support this vegan business

Great food that my dogs love!
My dogs have been eating this food for over a year now and still love it. They are french bulldogs and so have issues with allergies - this food helped a lot with calming the allergies down. It is also the only food I've found which makes their farts less smelly!

Thank you for your fantastic review Rose! We’re so happy your French Bulldogs are thriving on Herbie Wilde after a year and still loving it. It’s wonderful to know the food has helped with their allergies and even improved those smelly farts—what a win! We know how hard the allergy journey is with Bertie our own frenchy - so we're so happy the food has helped yours as much as it has ours! Your continued support honestly means the world to us Rose, and we’re delighted to be part of your pups’ journey to happier, healthier lives.

Bought the sample pack to see how the transition to plant would be. I thought that was a great idea instead of buying a bag and not getting along!

We where looking for dog food to take…
We where looking for dog food to take abroad since we can't take meat byproducts to Europe And this ticked the box. The website was lovely and all set up nicely. The freebie was a real nice touch, sadly my dog wasn't to impressed and while she did try it she only ate half.
Better luck next time I think.

Thank you for sharing your experience Phil! We're glad our food fit the requirements for your trip abroad and that you found our website and freebie helpful. We're sorry to hear that your pup wasn’t fully won over this time—every dog has their own unique preferences, and we completely understand. If you decide to give it another try in the future, we’d love to help with any tips for transitioning or pairing the food with other tasty bits. Wishing you all the best with your pup!
Dog with food allergies
Our Cavapoo Frankie has allergies which meant he was constantly itching when on a meat-based diet. Since we have switched to Herbie Wilde his itching has completely stopped, he loves the food, he is full of energy and he looks so healthy. The only downside is that is quite expensive but for us (and Frankie) it is definitely worth it.

The free sample is so useful when you have a very fussy feeder. The ingredients are top class and the size of the kibble is ideal. Unfortunately, my fussy feeder disagreed with me.
