Item was defective and shipping was very slow

I would have given it 5 stars, but after ordering it well in advance, when it came time to deliver it ,I waited almost a month longer than I expected.

I wish I could give them no stars. The marble has a heavy coating on it looks like plastic. It does not look or feel like marble. I'm embarrassed to have it in my living room. I got white gloves service and I am now unable to send it back because there is no Packaging. The picture they show you for approval does not show the high gloss This has been a total nightmare.

Your “Thaddeus” coffee table turned out to be a poor and blatant knockoff of the Restoration Hardware table that we had seen in person. Isn’t that illegal?

Your $100 White Glove service was deceptive! You should hid the fact that it was estimated and it turned out to be 4x that amount. Shame on you.

From ordering through delivery, our experience was beyond stellar. We received our lighting in the time period promised and received updates along the way. Our lights arrived in perfect condition and were the perfect addition to our home.

Fraud. They catfished me with pictures from arhaus website. I received two cheap chinese knockoff sconces that looked absolutely terrible. It took a month to get them and they looked nothing like the picture on their website. Beware. Im still in the dispute with them to get my money back although my hopes are low. These people are pure scammers.

I built the design of my dining room around this chandelier. No mistakes… It’s exceptional.

Absolutely terrible. My table shipped 71 days ago. I paid in full 12/30/25 when ordered. Buyer beware. I don’t think is this a legitimate company. I’ll obviously need to get my bank to assist me soon. Last message that I received was ‘the cargo fell off the ship but was retrieved’. Crazy thing is Herman Lamps just sent me an email asking me to fill out the survey. There have been no updates to tracking since 4/1/26. It’s now 4/16/26

To be honest I did not know that the items I ordered would be coming directly from China, but was reassured when I read some of the reviews. Items were a few days late and I emailed the seller who promptly replied and gave me a new date (just a few days delayed). Packaging was amazingly secure, and items were exactly what I saw another vendor selling for almost twice what I got it for.

This is my absolute favorite piece of furniture!! I am absolutely obsessed. I was so nervous for the piece of furniture to arrive, worried whether or not it would show up damaged. This piece of furniture travelled the longest distance of all the items we have ordered recently, was packaged the best, and showed up perfect!! I was so impressed.

I reached out to Herman Lamp Company via phone, on four different occasions. No one would ever answer the phone. I reached out via email and did get a response. However, with several emails back-n-forth, I requested a phone call to discuss a custom light fixture. I never received a call. It’s impossible to order a custom piece without personally talking. I finally gave up on this company.

Delivery process was a nightmare

I purchased an expensive brass chandelier with crystal sides. What I received looked nothing like the photo. Instead of brass screws, Herman Lamps provided steel studs. The delivery was 2 months. No instructions, inferior quality, and missing parts. Customer service was unable to provide brass hardware to install the 48 crystals and did not return my email requests. Do not order from this company. I thought they were the manufacturer. They were not.

I was very pleased when I found the HermanLamps website. I had been searching for a simple alabaster plaffonier for my hall for some time. It was relatively simple to get the project going. Justine was always prompt at replying to my queries and kept me informed as to the progress and sent images for my approval along the way. It did take much longer than I thought it would? (About 4 months!). But when the crate (extremely well-packed!) arrived and I got it open, I knew that it was worth the wait! Now installed, I am so pleased. It is exactly what I had envisioned! Thanks!

Love the light I ordered. It did take some time to arrive which I did not have any issue with. The light I purchased looks beautiful in my space. Very happy with it.
