Herwick failed to deliver on their returns policy. I paid for return shipping on an unwanted item, but the parcel was rejected by Chinese customs and the seller refuses to respond to emails or process a refund.

Very disappointed as comms in the run up to my return were prompt and great.

Refuse to refund my money, now saying they don’t keep transaction details for long so have stolen £50 absolute fraudsters do not buy from Herwick

Bought a hoodie from this company. They then lost my hoodie in transit and tried to charge 20 pound to send it back so they offered to reship it but then didn’t so I paid 65 pound for a hoodie that didn’t come

Two jumpers arrived which were not cashmere as stated. I asked for a refund as the company sells itself as it is based in the UK. The return address is China. £30 postage to return the items- which have now been returned back to me after 10 months as they were ‘refused’ in China. Cannot get a refund so now £110 out of pocket..Do not buy from this company!

this is follow up review .I gave up trying to get any sense from the AI generated responses. sent all the nonsense from them and photos of the shit they delivered to my credit card company who provided a full refund
lots of nonsense to get the right outcome, but not what you really want from an purchase made in good faith. Gave the jumper to the charity shop and put it down to experience

WARNING, This Chinese online business is are scammers. Avoid ordering. Took £50 from my in August 25 never to be seen.

I bought clothes online and requested a refund several times. Instead of resolving the issue, they only sent apologetic emails. No refund, no solution. Completely unreliable — I would not recommend buying from them.

The clothes don’t meet expectations and the return policy is outrages, most likely you will never get your money back. It looks like you are ordering from the UK shop but if you want to return it you have to send it to China at your own expense. International shipping back to their facility cost a lot of money. Even if you provide all the proofs of postage they still won’t refund your money back. They say they only refund the money when they receive the order back and check it… I’ve sent it back 5 months ago and still nothing… no refund. Endless chasing with no results.
Please don’t waist your money and never order anything from Herwick.

Purchased designer handbag for £89 in September 2025. Arrived damaged with broken zipper and fake leather smell. Contacted "support agent Mark" who took 3 weeks to reply. They refused full refund unless I paid £38 shipping to China

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They sell cheap and nasty low quality goods. What more can I say.

Avoid, avoid avoid. The worst experience ever. Purchased a suitcase for £178 in Oct 2025, never arrived and despite so many back and forth emails, still no refund (end of Dec 2025).

Purchased dress June 2025. Arrived from China. Sizing not accurate and awful quality. They offer a ludicrously convoluted way to return item, to China at vast expense! So they also offer part refund to then keep the terrible product.

SIX MONTHS and I’m still waiting and chasing my refund from the ‘customer service’ girl, ‘Emma’.

Endless ‘reassuring’ emails received telling me they ‘understand’ my frustration and empty promises that the refund has been ‘processed’. All rubbish!

Herwick are a deceitful and fraudulent company who should never have been allowed to sell sub-standard products online; especially with such useless customer service.

I doubt I’ll ever see my refund.

Fake UK company. Clearly operating out of China. Quality of coat was apaulling. I returned it at my own cost on 23rd Oct. Last DPD update on 4th Dec through post office/dpd website is that its being held in customs!!! This is still the same status on 13th Dec. No further updates. It would seems the email replies from the company are AI produced!!!
My advice would be - ' do not trust this company'!!

Awful awful awful company. Clothes were ill-fitting. They kept trying to avoid providing me with the info to return the clothes. When I finally did get an address, months later the clothing was returned to me. Almost definitely fraudulent business and so don't waste your time or money. Wish I'd known better.

THIEVES - AVOID! Fake website. Items look NOTHING like they do online. And they steal your money. Still waiting on my refund from June 2025. This is the biggest scam company in China - AVOID

I would rate no stars if I could. I am waiting on a refund of £50. Item returned in May. Acknowledgement of receipt made, as at 8th December still no refund. Lots of apologetic emails saying refund raised, but nothing. Has anyone ever got their money back from this pile of ***** company? Very frustrated customer from the UK. This company is a total scam!!!!! I ordered a sheepskin jacket which turned out to be a cheap looking fleece...absolutely nothing like the picture! Cost to return was 25-30 euro and customers still haven't received their money back after returning their items. I decided to just cut my losses as I didn't want to lose any more money. Site is not based in the UK it is based in China. Avoid like the plague!!!

Avoid - Absolute sham of a company liars, send wrong item which I have demonstrated via images of order confirmation and item received. Despite this they want me to return at my expense €30 what the actual the item was £45.95 their website states if they send wrong item they will cover charges! They then offered 5% refund and keep item why do I want to do that, it's not what I ordered! Also they have increased slightly the partial offer after numerous emails to 30%. I have reported to credit card now for charge back. Liars oh and their domain is uk but took 6 weeks to arrive and deffo china! Avoid!
