I spent my hard earned cash thinking I'd finally purchased the real deal.....BOGUS, BOGUS, BOGUS.... This is false advertising and it should be illegal. Definitely going to contact trading standards, wether it's in their country or in the UK, either way, do no waste your money

I wish I had come on here forat before buying this product. I was tricked by a video that showed a black woman and what seemed to be proper banana oil. I’ve used it in the past so I know what it looks and smells like this is not it. this product is god knows what! It comes from china and when you ask for a refund they offer you 10iusd to keep it and they will not pay the return postage so you’re kinda forced to keep it. I’m going to report then to the ombudsman for false advertising

First let me start by saying African American women; please stop doing fake commercials ads for these asian folk. This “ ish “ is shipped from china, which was no surprise. They fake copy everything. If you read the instructions it mention to rinse out product after a certain length of time. Don’t buy this product. Please find Dr. Sebi’s son website and purchase it from him. This product lose it potency being shipped from china. It will take more than 3 weeks or more to receive product. Order from Amazon. This crap is watery, and it’s nothing like the real Banta oil. We need to support African American owned business. Do your research before you buy. Fake African American women who do fake advertising to get free products, “ SHAME ON YOU “. Look for an African American business to purchase your products from. By the way, don john trump’s tariff bill is going to affect you if you’re into the fake hair game, so I suggest you start doing your home work now. Maybe this will force asian company’s to let you know you are probably receiving fake products. They have been all over the internet bragging about how that produce Louis Vuitto, Chanel, and other high end fashions which cost them less than $20 to make, then, charge dumb Americans and other countries tens of thousands of dollars to purchase. Just saying. Wake up African Americans, Wake up. Look for Dr. Sebi Banta oil. Peace

This place is a scam I spent over $80 on products that I still haven't received I want my money back or I want my products it's been over a month where is my money where is my product one of the other I wish I can rate it a 💩

I ordered the Botanical oil April the 30th. I am still waiting on my delivery, and there is no ETA. This will be my last time ordering.

This is not what is advertised when you see the video with the Australian lady. What arrived is an oil called Thrive and it's from China. The real Veganic website is tryveganic. I've used it three times and it makes my scalp itch, but I haven't had any adverse effects so far. To be fair, Castor oil irritates my scalp, too. However, now that I realize I've been scammed, I'm afraid to use it again. The shipper was Chinese and the boxes have bad English and typos. The ingredients are clearly listed with a 100% natural claim, but how can we be sure? I was suspicious when I saw the shipping and then the boxes arrived and weren't what I thought I ordered. Disappointed to say the least. This is a fake campaign to lure buyers into thinking it's an Australian product

They WON'T pay for returns...This product is from CHINA NOT AUSTRALIA! I've never opened the package and want to return it but they say I have to pay for the return myself. There is a 30-day return policy but they never said I had to pay for it! This is a SCAM! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!

I bought Natural Hair Growth Oil from Heykeratin and receive Thrive hair oil instead a number of emails back and forth insisting I keep the product and asked to return at my own expense. Only received refund after reporting to PayPal.

I wish i'd come here first. I foolishly looked at reviews on their page which are all 5star. I should have known it was a red flag. The oil is extremely thin. No change since using it and my scalp got extremeley itchy. So i had to stop using. Only they know what they put in it. Probably urine mixed with water. Who knows. DO NOT BUY IT!!!

I really should read the reviews before buying things. This product is a total scam and should be reported to an ombudsman or trading standards. The advertisement is totally false! Its stated the product was made in Australia. Authentic ingredients to help hair growth! This is far from the truth! The product is in fact from China!

I think it's disgusting that this company has preyed on customers that wished for hair growth or better health. I myself have been ill for over 4yrs resulting in hair loss! Shame on you to sell a fake product.

I ordered my product on the 18th April and it is now the 30th of April, still no product. The product cost £27 What a waste of money and time!

Natural Hair Growth Oil:

This is not a genuine product. I decided to purchase following an offer to get it at a great deal.

What I received instead of the bottle advertised was a bottle called 'Thrive Hair Oil'. The bottle is not the same as the one pictured on the website and when I put the words Thrive Hair Oil into the search capture on their website, the product does not exist.

It is supposed to contain a plethora of essential oils, but the oil itself is utterly odourless. I went back to double-check the webpage by clicking on the link given when I received confirmation of my purchase, and whilst the website exists, a page for Thrive Hair Oil does not. Not that I purchased Thrive Hair Oil anyway, but that is what came.

Also, despite claiming to be an Australian company, my package was processed by a Chinese company, YunExpress. On closer inspection, the wording on the bottle is grammatically incorrect.

All the red flags.

Also, they say they will offer you a full refund if you are not satisfied with the product and from what I have read here, there doesn't appear to be a customer who has experienced that.

I am not using this product because there is no telling what they have put in this bottle. Utter scam.

I honestly haven’t tried there products yet…. So why would I want to write a review. I did purchase something from them. It’s been over a month now and I only received apologies from them. I have corresponded with them once or twice every week since making the purchase and still haven’t received my purchased items.

I received the items and as I was allergic to one of the oil I asked for a refund .I was given a refund and I didn't even have to send the oils back .many thanks hey keratin.

Awful. I saw a special offer for 2 bottle of hair growth oil. 2 for £29. They say I only bought 1 bottle. I did not. I would never spend knowingly £29 pounds on a hair product. I had just been given some inheritance money and I thought it would be a nice treat for myself and my mum.

I sent an email and I was told that I only ordered 1 bottle. So I tried to order again to see if the special offer was still visible and surprise surprise it is not.

I will be calling my bank to see what I can do about this.

Also it was ordered on 7th March. This is the 22nd. No package yet.
I was excited about receiving it and trying it but now I really wish I had not bothered. Waste of time and money

I sent a lot of messages saying the product wasn't working for me.
I was told they would refund my money I am still waiting.A.E

If you're are waiting for a refund from this company. You will be waiting a long time in fact never. They do not refund and sadly you will have to kiss your money goodbye.
