Avoid this company at all costs,

I had scheduled a morning pickup for Friday the 4th of September for an airport run, it was meant to arrive at my address at 9 in the morning. Nobody ended up turning up even though I had paid £800 deposit already. They ignored multiple phone calls from me, I then ended up having to get a taxi to the airport which resulted in costing me more money. I am in the process of getting my deposit bank with my bank but do not use this company if you want a similar experience like myself!

Had a one way journey and a return journey planned for the festival i was going to, the original quote was £1600 and then we agreed on £1400 there and back for 2 V class vans, the night before the festival they told me that one of the vans had a engine problem. I believe this was a lie and that the quote they had given me was to cheap so they wanted to get out of sending another van -they then told me that they would still send one v class van down to pick us up which would fit all of us in and be able to fit all our camping gear in. When it arrived the van filled half of our stuff in even though they guaranteed it would fit all of our stuff in. After going back and fourth over the phone and with the driver they did not resolve this at all even though we had one van sent down and we had paid a 50% deposit already. We then had to get another taxi from another company which cost another £400 - heylux did not offer us any money back for this other taxi.

The day before we was meant to get picked up they messaged me saying they would send one basic van from a local Manchester operator Which still wouldn’t fit all of our stuff in for the same price !! £700 absolute joke
So we didn’t do this in the end and sorted our travel for the way back with another company

We had a fantastic experience with Heylux! They provided a seamless transfer for me and my family to Stansted Airport. The driver was punctual, courteous, and made sure we were comfortable throughout the journey. The vehicle was spotless and spacious, which made the early morning ride so much more pleasant. Heylux truly took the stress out of our travel day. We’ll definitely be booking with them again for our next trip. Highly recommended!
