We contacted 'Hey Rick' back in March after seeing his posts on Facebook. We are from the UK and had booked to come to Bali in August but didn't really know where to go in Bali, just that we wanted to go to look around and do as much as possible. We were travelling as a family of 4 with our children aged 20 and 16. We spoke to Rick via Zoom and he gave us some pointers. He then put us in touch with Fina who gave exceptional service in helping organise all our transfers and activities whilst we were in Bali. Literally from landing to departing she covered everything. Between March and August we had several conversations via email. Fina was always prompt to get back to me and gave appropriate advice. Whilst we were in Bali Fina was in contact with me daily, advising when we would get picked up and where we were going, giving the names and numbers of drivers. She completely took the stress out of everything. My only regret is we didn't physically get to meet Fina to thank her personally. I would 100% recommend Hey Rick's service to anyone travelling to Bali, especially first timers like us who didn't have a clue what we were doing. Thanks again, the Amlani family.
