I like this casino because of the selection of games which is why I have given 2 stars. However the wins are not very good. Very few and far in between. Same goes for scatters/features during gameplay. It's very few and far in between. Example of that is I can play Big bass on this casino and I can play £20 straight through it with maybe getting the scatters once if I'm lucky and then hardly win anything on those scatters. Then I can go to 2 different casinos with the same amount of money and probably get the scatters at least 4 times with excellent wins. Hi can someone help please I've been using this site of and on over a year ,I submitted documents at the start in 2022 then I didn't play for few months , so I logged in and played away, I placed 250.00 of my own money and won 60,00 of whichi withdrew no problem i played
again few weeks later and I won £191.00 I tried to withdraw and I've been asked to upload documents, and card, letters of authorisation ,signatures etc I've sent these several times I keep getting that there not clear enough need to see corners etc I've did that , yet same documents where sent at the start etc and no problem , chat just keep telling me over and over try again, seriously how many times I've uploaded front n back of licence bank card paper part of licence passport me holding passport but nothing is correct its exhausting and effects your mental health

Update @heyspin have closed my account kept my winnings blocked me on customer services well I have reported to all the specific agencies etc I need to gambling commission, Jersey Malta they can't get away with thus

Pretty happy with the game choices. Yes, I agree that the website is a little laggy, and the email address they provide bounces back which is slightly concerning.. however, I had a big win, even after gambling 50% of my winnings to wager the Bonus terms.

Spoke with customer services via the online chat instantly and they reassured me I will get an email regarding my withdrawal.

There are so many negative reviews, but after doing some basic research online, this company is 100% legitimate and is actually registered on the Gambling Commission website. Regardless of waiting times, they are governed by this commission that supports those who wish to gamble.

I set up an account with these gangsters on 8th January, deposit £16 charged 40p for a deposit (pathetic) won £88 so decided to withdraw it, happy days, well not exactly all these ridiculous excuses about how my withdrawal has been blocked without any explanation, after hundreds of messages on live chat and dozens of emails, still nothing, so I decided to contact IBAS, suddenly as soon as I get the gambling commission involved they were able to pay out, after being charged £1 for a withdrawal I finally received my funds, please nobody sign up to these scammers. B**tards

Do not join this site they charge you to make a deposit and the charge you to withdraw your money that's if you are lucky enough to get it.
I only tried to withdraw £30 and have not received it as they want me to send my bank statement with too many personal details.
