The wig color is nowhere near the color I ordered. I ordered a light brown and received a very bonded wig, like Madonna platinum blinded. I asked to return it for correct color. They said I had to ship to back to China - at a price higher the the wig itself!
They offered that I could keep it and they would refund me $20
Can you say ripoff?!

Seems to be a scam. Ordered a wig. Shipping took 3 weeks and then said "failed to deliver, customer not reachable". Nobody attempted a delivery here (I have cameras). Company is unreachable. Do not order here. Shipping comes from China and now I'm out of the money since nobody will return an email and website contact form is broken.

I needed a wig after chemotherapy. There are three things that matter when purchasing a wig: color, style and cut. Did I mention color? On the first wig I ordered it wasn't even close. To get my "guaranteed refund" I had to email, send pictures, and then told they could only exchange. Also to mail wrong wig back to China which is very expensive. But they would "exchange" without expense of return for difference in cost of new wig. THEN I was told to pay an extra $89 and not send first one back to China. WHEN SECOND WIG CAME IT WASN'T EVEN CLOSE TO THE COLOR I ORDERED. Now I give up and have two wigs I cannot wear. I will donate to Halloween costume shop.

I ordered a very pretty wig from them & what they sent me wasn't even close to what I ordered. I fought tooth & nail to get a full refund when they only wanted to give me half my money back. It took weeks to get a full refund. The worse company & staff I have ever dealt with. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I purchased a wig for my wife to go on a cruise, when it got here it was not the color she had picked. So she never took it out of the package! It looked ridiculous! According to there warranty satisfaction guarantee that’s a joke!! I have been trying to get our money back and they want me to take pictures of it and why I wanted to return it! I have told them over and over why, but they quit responding to me! So if you want a poor experience don’t buy anything from this company because you will get screwed!!😡😡😡

Dont buy anything from these scammers....I ordered two wigs...one wig was the wrong color...not a color I would ever order. I sent them a picture of the two wigs, they requested. They told me that I was confused and the wig they sent me was exactly what I ordered.... They told me to try and sell the wig. And if I wanted to return it, I would need to pay to ship it back to China. I made an expensive mistake...DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

Never received the wig I email several time with no result ask to have a replacement but after waiting so long ask them to replace my money to go else where seeing I really needed to have one . They are very rude and unprofessional with their customers . Will not ever use the these people again

Waited over a month for this wig and it is not even close to the color or style that i ordered. This company is a joke. Don’t waste your time or money with these people. They get your money and they just send you anything they have laying around.

This wig arrived about 20 days after ordered, and it is obviously synthetic (not human hair as advertised), came in wrong color (partly our fault for not figuring out the confusing website). It came with absolutely no care instructions, no styling tips. I did not like the wig, and let them know within 24-48 hours that I wanted to return it. Received two emails (one was loaded with care tips), but said the best they could do was 25% for the return.
Don't bother with this apparent "return clearinghouse" distributor, you'll be stuck with junk

I order two wigs from this company. The wigs are overpriced and the pictures are misleading. I purchased one blonde wig and the wig I received was an orange color and the second wig I bought was a dark auburn color and I received a bright burgundy wig that I ended up throwing away. I will not recommend buying from this company.
