My thoughts about Specialised HGV Training are very positive and experience was great study material is really good. Nazmul Hussain stayed in touch with me from the beginning and helped me along the way to get my licences i have done back to back class 2 and class 1 and passed 1st time in every exam. A big thank you to Nazmul Hussain for helping me and understanding my needs I recommend Specialised HGV Training to anyone who wants to be professional driver in fact I recommend to my few friends who were interested in doing HGV training good luck to them.

From day one, the Specialised Training Team were on the ball re: my LGV training. Every module, training videos, and guidance were spot on. Help was always at the end of a telephone or online. I gained my LGV licence 2 days ago, and I would recommend Specialised Training to anyone who wishes to have a career as a professional driver. Hi All,
I am generally very happy to be having my hand held as I make my way through the various stages towards obtaining the Full HGV Licence.
It’s wonderful to have the pain of various booking procedures removed and great to know the team are on hand to assist in event of any difficulties with progressing.
My only grumble, given I am not working currently, is that it doesn’t all happen particularly fast.
This means I have to get through about another six weeks or so before a chance of work...
The online app for the theory and HP teaching is excellent.
One of the questions in the theory exam asked about the additional near side mirror.... on the app, it was assigned to assist with parking, in the exam, it did not show parking as one of the options, so randomly picked one, ‘moving off’. There were Also a couple of other questions that I felt had not been covered by the app but I can’t remember them now!
Also in the app, one of the conversions to feet from metres showed wrong? It was against the 3.5m mark.
The HP is frustrating as in my opinion, people all react differently by either answering ( clicking ) very early or I guess too late, but also difficult to fully interpret what is required.. That said, the exam preamble did outline you would not be punished for clicking for a perceived hazard that did not escalate to ‘become’ a hazard....!
I am really looking forward to learning how to operate a lorry, it’s gears And braking systems in particular....
Your Team were very quick to respond today and despite the bore of having to wait for five or so weeks, I appreciate the attention Shown to candidates / Clients.

I can see that you started with us on the 19th of November and so you have been with us for 1 month and a couple of weeks. Just to let you know, all of our customers are given a full 180 days to complete their training. This is to give them ample time to fit in the training around their commitments. However, with you, we anticipate that you will be fully qualified very soon. The only thing is to wait to get your licence updated and to receive your DQC card which usually takes between 2-4 weeks.

Specialist HGV Training were excellent…
Specialist HGV Training were excellent from the first phone call to sign up with them to the last phone call once I had passed all my tests. It took a good 5 months to get through from beginning to end passing first time in the tests, I mention this because some people will say you can quickly get it all done in a matter of weeks but that doesn’t seem to be the case . Yes, when you do the Back to Back (both Category C and C+E), it can take a bit longer especially also to allow the DVLA to update your licence. We can see that you passed everything first time and consequently as a reward you were refunded your Pass Protection back!

Real waist stressful and a bully company for their money with their emails and texts requesting their money payment or debt collectors by your doors.
Never trust hgv on line training may be going to real decent centre on the field more secure to those on line scams.
