Eid flights to Islamabad was coming with extreme cost seriously and they found me a better and cheaper price with perfect timings. Their team is good with multilingual support.

They were open on a bank holiday, booked my ticket to lagos fast, Aryan issued the ticket instant.

I am disappointed by the false statement made by your customer service team claiming that I cancelled my trip. I contacted your team simply to request my booking reference, yet I was informed that I had cancelled my booking, which is completely untrue. I have all the evidence and records to support my claim.

At no point did I cancel my trip. Your company informed me that my ticket was not confirmed because I had only paid a deposit, which is also inaccurate. I made a payment of £200 on the 9th of April and an additional payment of £488 on the 24th of April, fulfilling my obligations faithfully and in good faith.

Therefore, it is unfair and misleading for your company to state that I cancelled the booking. The policy you referenced should not apply to my case because the issue did not arise due to any fault on my part. The failure was caused entirely by your company.

I expect this matter to be reviewed properly and resolved fairly.

I booked a flight through Hi5Tickets and paid a total of £688.45 in full, not just a deposit or installment. After payment, I repeatedly asked for my booking reference/PNR so I could verify my ticket directly with the airline, especially because I was concerned about possible fraud. Instead of providing the PNR, the company later informed me that my booking was “unconfirmed” and claimed that only an installment had been paid, which was completely false.

They then suggested changing my travel date or applying for a refund, despite the fact that I had already paid the full amount. This caused me a lot of stress, confusion, and inconvenience. Communication was poor, and I had to chase them constantly for updates and clarification.

Up to now, I am still waiting for my refund because I never received my ticket. I was informed that the refund process would take 10–15 days, and I am still waiting for the money to be returned.

I find this experience very disappointing and unprofessional. Customers should receive clear confirmation, valid booking references, and honest communication after making full payment. Based on my experience, I would advise others to be extremely careful before booking with Hi5Tickets.

All these reviews are a scam 1 hour ago an update .They take your money from square. This is not registered to a flight company. They are scamers with excuses about paying on time to square with no link or email to do so after phoning all week to pay a balance. She doesn't speak English and told me to send email to advise payment. Lol. What is this a Scam. I've reported it to my bank and I'm going to tell my people on Facebook this is disgusting how people can do business without prosecution. I have cried alday my plans are spoilt. Customer service is excellent. Paid in 4 installments and a bare fare difference at the time they issued reservation. It was better to pay them monthly except to save the amount myself for ticket which becomes impossible everymonth!

I found Aryan very helpful as my return flight was cancellled, the alternate flight date was not suitable but he found another flight for me with bare fare difference.

I was expecting a full refund after cancellation but they deducted some amount. Since I was the one who cancelled it and I understand that companies do charge for cancellation, also airlines do deduct some money so I would say that's fine, atleast I got my amount refunded with no excuses.

Good travel agency, they keep chasing you unless you make monthly installment payments lol, best strategy though.

Super easy booking process online. I had to cancel due to a family emergency and got a full refund within 48 hours. Very impressed with their service.

Landed in Abu Dhabi, and then writing the review, I thought the cheaper option is not available due to the on going conflict in area, but yes got the perfect flight and landed safely.
