If you want to scale your business with a back office support network without any hassle then you can’t fault Hiber.

There is added features to consider such as the ability to quote real time off the app so before you leave your customer your quote is in.

Payment handling is an extra bonus.

I was sceptical at first but I’ve tried and tested hiber and it really does work. No gimmicks just an honest transparent solution. If anyone is thinking hiber is to good to be true speak to my directly and I’ll give you the good points and the bad points.

Without Hiber my stress levels would be much higher, they give me the freedom to spend more time with my family. Because they are my back office. And there staff are so helpful whoever I speak to. And that allows me to crack on with my job of installing.

One of the best teams to work with as an installer. Nothing is too difficult and always there when you need them!

I have been dealing with Hiber for almost a year and they have always been professional as well as very helpful when I needed a boiler quickly. They respond to messages promptly. I can also use the finance option for my customers through them which is an added bonus. I would highly recommend using Hiber.

hiber in my opinion are great i allways have support from Victoria and Richard which is important to me as my business in new. I think the hiber app is impressive and I get the feeling they think if you don't succeed they don't. I also think the training the offer is good I really can't fault them.

I've been working with hiber now for around 5 months and everyone that i've dealt with has been great. Even outside of normal hours the staff are happy to help in anyway they can.
I'll be sticking with hiber for the forseeable future and hope to grow my buisness with them.

Hiber has been brilliant after signing up. excellent App so quoting in the home is so much easier and faster so you can get the job booked in while in the customers home giving you a better chance of winning the job. Also help on hand from the guys in the office and special mention to Beth who has been excellent with me and helping me with winning my jobs.

Been using Hiber for almost a year and now use them for every boiler install we do. Great service and great prices. Being in the Midlands I deal with Ross and he goes above and beyond to get things sorted. Would recommend any self employed heating engineers to give them a try!

Becoming a hiber partner was the best decision i made for my newly formed business, being a hiber partner gives me the facility to complete with the bigger companys in the industry aswell as offer finance to any of my customers requiring a new boiler.

Excellent service provided by Hiber, I’ve completed two boiler installs through the platform in the first week of signing up. Usamah and Antony have both provided me with great support from my first enquiry with them. I would definitely recommend Hiber to all gas and heating engineers.

Hiber is brilliant! The app has made life so easy for me quoting jobs no longer having to come away from site to give prices which helps seal the deal , there engineer support is second to non I ordered a boiler on a sunday and had it for my job monday excellent service for me this company are a no brainer to any one wanting to better establish themselves and offer better services to there customers.

Very happy with the overall experience from hiber.....Beth has looked after us very well and issues( on the rare occasion) have been overcome without any stress.

Start to finish

Been with hiber since the beginning of December now and it’s been a great journey so far.
The platform has so many advantages to it from the finance packages to the packs for materials.
Already had 2 jobs with the finance,jobs that I’d have probably missed out on so looking forward to it opening another door for my business.
Victoria my local rep has been a pleasure to deal with and very knowledgeable about the hiber product.
In all it’s been an amazing experience so far.
