SO I have been playing this game for about a year and finally won enough to cash out the first time 100 and second 200 and did not anything and this is March so I want to know how it is so wonderful and at the same time rip you off I'm tired of paying for these games and get nothing in return to me they r a rip off

Recently I have deposited to the site and for the first time ever my account was not credited I have reached out via email multiple times no way to contact anyone and it have not been resolved this is beyond frustrating and foul I never expected this from them

Worst gaming experience I've ever had ,bought into this ,and low and behold they got me for hundreds ,me assuming from there advertising that I would get sweeps but I got no real money credit I only got coins ,so don't purchase anything from them expecting real money cuz I was scammed out of hundreds

This website is one of the most absolute horrible gaming places I've ever come across. It doesn't matter what banking institution you have every time you try to use a debit card to make a purchase it says it fails but it takes money out of your account. There is never anybody to chat with for customer service. You have to wait on an email if you're lucky. But then your funds are held in a pending state for days until they go ahead and release the charge. This website is best left to itself and not patroned. I've had enough of this site.

Used to be able to do something off of the daily bonuses they "had".
Now it's not worth it if your not gonna put money in which I'm not if I can't be worked with a little. I go buy a console and pay for my shooter games if that's how it's gonna be. Same results more or less.

You can deposit hundreds, no bonuses, no playtime and you don’t even get your bet back on spins. 98% or more of your spins are DEAD SPINS. There’s a reason so many states are banning these online casino. This one for sure needs to go! I promise you’ll have better luck at your local casino than here. Don’t waste your time or money.

Their tier system is the worst. You level down way fast. Customer service offers free play but you have to play it 5x or more and you won’t make that back until you deposit more money. Even if the free play runs out, you still have to go through the 5x play with your own money.

Just started playing here. Really liked them until the only option to buy SC required a 2 or 3 times play through which is absurd. I would love to play there, but I ABSOLUTELY will not if it requires this.

Terrible customer service and redemption never received. I thought this was one of the more legitimate sweepstakes casinos which is why I am so disappointed with my experience. I have played on many reputable platforms with no redemption issues but this company will not give me my $200 redemption and I can’t even access my SCs on their site. I have been fully verified. I have sent multiple emails to their support with constant generic AI responses telling me I need a clear picture of my ID which I’ve provided numerous times. Which is funny because I was fully verified and had made purchases before I actually won now all of the sudden they need my ID again. Didn’t mind taking my money with the information they already had. The only time a real person responded is when I included legal jargon in the email. Then I got a response from a Nick telling me plenty of people who actually provide clear pictures get their redemptions. The picture of my ID couldn’t be more clear and I’ve heard nothing and it’s been two weeks. They will quickly take your money but if there is an issue on their end they have zero concern when it comes to rectifying it. If you’re listening High 5 Casino, I’d still like my $200 and maybe a real person who is interested in providing customer service and resolving my issue to contact me.

Originally the games were great, they were also fun! My first shall purchase i got soooo lucky. I cashed out and kept some to play... won again.. cashed out, no problem. Never ever did I win a large amount of $ all at once... small winnings that added up!

But then.. I completed my taxes for the year. In February I recieve a 1099-MISC for winnings on High Five!! (By law, this should have been in my hands by Jan 31st)
I lost more than I won! It wasn't in 1 spin!
Now I have to amend my taxes to show $ I shouldn't be claiming!
This isn't fair!
I will not recommend to my friends! And I never received referral bonuses either!

I originally thought High 5 Casino was an amazing platform, but I have since changed my mind. I requested a redemption to my skrill account on 2/7/26. My redemption was approved but I have not received my money. I have contacted support numerous times since it states that once approved your funds will immediately show in your Skrill account and have been given the same generic message over and over again about redemption timeframes. Then, finally, someone said I requested the redemption via my bank account which is simply not true. I have never used my bank account with them. I have since contacted them and I have received zero response.
