I have referred so many people with the incentive of a free 20 dollars, but it's seems like they never want to pay the referral money. I've contacted support only for them to call me liar, even after i sent in screen shots of literally everything they asked for. The owe me 900. 00 and cancelled my account. I complained and requested answers they sent me a registered letter to Cease and Desist. I will contact my State Attorney General. I have records of every transaction. I don't mind losing but being Cheated and Threatened is too much. Now I have to change All my financial accounts as they have account numbers.

I won $400 after spending a decent amount and my redemption request was cancelled, my winnings taken and my account closed. Their reasoning is that I violated conditions. They have an issue with my legal name being different than my nickname. I provided all documents requested, I didn't know I was supposed to send evidence that I'm trans as well. Didn't realize it was any of their business.

I will say that the customer service with this site is top notch they responded quickly and they helped me through the issue that I had had I highly recommend them and the games are amazing I will say that I love it and the RTP is none other in excellent thank you again for the great customer service and the great experience

Well the site paid out when I redeemed it, however when it came to an issue of a game a slot machine that was suppose to pay me, did not pay me, the history had not been saved but I did have video of the game. The support told me that was probably due to an internet issue, I was told it was a game malfunction and the game providers would pay me out, etc. etc. This was a few months back, I asked for an informal dispute resolution and offered SC, never got it, nor anything though I had video proof on Iphone, and PC that the slot machine would not pay me out. As I said, the site did allow me to redeem other SC that I had won via Live Dealers. However, on this one machine I had won multiple top prizes of max amounts and did not receive the winnings, and even in game history it did not show but it did in the videos that were very clearly not tampered with and can be seen on the metadata.
Game was Slingo Deal or No Deal. It was also bugged on other websites as well, but very unlucky that no effort was made to reimburse.
