Great service from order to delivery.
We’ve just taken delivery from this quality company, and again a great service great communication from start finish with respect to our house as this was not an easy furniture delivery by any means, special thanks to John & Wilson for going the extra mile it’s really appreciated.

Very positive experience, very happy.
Great experience with our delivery. Andy and James couldn’t have been more helpful. Carried the furniture to our patio as I cannot lift anything heavy. Furniture was carefully stowed in lorry and handled with care when carrying. Lovely friendly guys as well.

Dreadful
Dreadful. Arrived at 16.30 for the driver to realise he’d left our very expensive Ligne-Roset sofa at his previous drop 2 hrs ago despite the very large label clearly addressed to me. Returned at 19.30 and then refused to take away the packaging despite the very well known store having paid for that service. The guys had no idea what they were doing, were rude. The van was not liveried so it appears that Higher Jump had subcontracted the job out. It was a very scruffy white van. Worst delivery service ever.

Andy and James BEST delivery team!!!
Andy and James were absolutely fantastic. They kept us updated several times before arriving, so we knew exactly when to expect them, and they arrived right on time.
They were both incredibly polite, friendly and professional, and even helped us carry our delivery inside as it was very heavy. Nothing seemed like too much trouble for them.
We've just moved into a new house and have dealt with lots of different delivery companies recently, and these two were by far the best delivery team we've come across. They made the whole process completely seamless and stress-free.
It was a pleasure to meet them—they're both genuinely lovely people and are an absolute credit to the company. I hope they receive the recognition they deserve. Highly recommended!

Great delivery experience
John and Wilson were very friendly and provided an excellent delivery service. We got a call about 45 mins before delivery to give us an ETA and they were bang on time. We had paid for kerbside delivery but they kindly put it into our garage, which was much appreciated as my husband was away and I was on my own. Wilson even offered to assemble it but as it was raining (and to give my husband something to do!) I declined. I can’t review the table and chairs yet but am excited to get them out of the packaging when the sun decides to reappear.
