I've been using these drink tablets for a few years now. They are excellent at keeping me hydrated. I sweat a lot. These keep my mineral and vitamin levels up whilst tasting good too. Tropical flavour is my favourite. Could do with bigger tubes/double packs or tins.

Gels fine. Fault products and poor customer service communication
The gel its self is absolutely fine. However my recent purchase of the refill gel that comes with a reusable flask - the flask isn’t great.
The rubber that keeps the gel inside the bottle keeps falling out. And the hinge that allows the lid to open and close feels quite weak. So when you go to close the lid and if not in the correct spot it’ll bend to one side quite easily possibly leading it to snap quite easy.
With the rubber seal issue I had to cut my planned run short and also waste quite a lot of gel, which as a runner you can see my frustration with the product especially with the price.
My other issue is, I have already filled out a customer faulty product email but had very little response. One email within 2 weeks and still waiting for a reply from my last response. Which I am annoyed with as I have upcoming events so there fore having to buy elsewhere to receive and use In time for my next event(s).
So my low score is based on faulty products and poor customer service time and communication. If you need quickness don’t purchase from high5, especially if there’s going to be a problem.
