Cairnview Windows & Doors Reviews

From first contact over phone, to going to the showroom, and then the fitting, I had a very positive impression.
Staff in their various roles arexvery welcoming, easy to talk to and more than knowledgeable and competent.
I had come to the showroom with an idea what I wanted. This was complemented by the expertise of the sales staff and I ended up with a better "look" for my front and back doors than anticipated.
The company kept me well informed about progress through the processes of ordering, building the doors up to installation date.
Ben and Michael worked very professionally and quickly on the day of installation. They very very courteous, respectful of my property and left the place in an immaculate condition.
I can only recommend Cairnview Windows & Doors to anyone loking for professional guidance and installation. 10 out of 10 for service. Thank you.

I am pleased to say I cannot fault the service received from Cairnview Windows. The responsiveness and service from them has been exemplary and I always felt valued and supported. My main contacts have been with Marika, Mike and Euan. Thank you for your help. I have and will continue to let others know about the 'Cairnview Team'. Thank you

Great installers Michael and Ben. They fitted two replacement windows in a morning. Very good workers with a very good product. You would be very pleased with them and their company if you used them. I was ...

Very easy and straightforward to deal with for our new front door. Competitive price and relatively short delivery period. Installation was quick and efficient by Michael and Ben, who cleared up after themselves and were polite and a good craic. Very pleased with the new door.
No hesitation in recommending and will happily use again.

Initial sales visit was really helpful and clarified a number of issues that could have been missed. We were given very competitive price and the installation team were excellent. Correspondence from the company was clear and timely. Very happy with the result.

Seamless, dedicated and courteous from start to finish. Managed and installed under the efficient professionalism of the the team.

From the girl in the office who acted as a human SatNav when my phone refused to find their premises to their patience in dealing with my indecision over which door to choose to the very hardworking and efficient duo who installed our door (thanks, Michael and Ben!) Cairnview made a potentially stressful experience a breeze. Would highly recommend. I don’t even.

A friend gave me this company’s contact details, as I was looking to buy a new door. From the start, the office staff were extremely helpful, as I was needing a door with wheelchair access. They sent links so that I could choose the style, colour, glass panel design, and last but not least, the type of letterbox and door handle that I wanted. My door was fitted this afternoon, by two very pleasant, helpful men (Michael and Ben), who did a brilliant job, and I am extremely happy with the finished result. I would not hesitate to recommend this company!

Had my new windows installed. Impeccable job from the staff.Sean, Mike and Ben were excellent from start to finish. Highly recommend

Excellent service from Cairnview Windows! They replaced 9 windows in just 2.5 days. The team was professional, helpful, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Great value for money, and the finished result looks fantastic. Highly recommended!

Big decision to replace 150year old windows, so important to get the right company. Some neighbours have already used this local business and like them, we have been very satisfied and impressed with the quality of work. From the get go, Cheryl was very helpful without any hard sell and the fitting was carried out in a skilled manner by Ben and Michael who arrived on time , worked hard and tidied everything away when finished.
We do not hesitate in recommending this local company.

From first contact to compleation of installation the company were very good. They listened to what we wanted ,advised and kept us fully informed on follow up action . The team who did the fitting were very professional, leaving the site clean and tidy after making sure that we were happy and understood how to operate the new hardware. This all left a very good impression of company that is well organised and on top of customer service.

Fantastic service from start to finish.
I had Cairnview Windows & Doors install my new doors and roofline, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Sean was amazing and took the time to go through the colour scheme and lock options in detail, which was really important to me. He made sure everything was clearly explained and helped me feel confident in my choices.
The office staff were also polite, courteous, and helpful throughout, which made the whole process feel smooth and well organised.
The quality of the doors is 5 star - I honestly couldn’t fault them. They look fantastic and feel really secure.
The installation team were brilliant. They completed the work quickly, professionally, and tidied up after themselves, leaving everything looking great.
What really stood out was that, while fitting the roofline, they noticed a few cracked roof tiles and took the time to highlight this to me. This potentially saved me from a future leak, as I would never have known about it otherwise.
Fantastic service, great attention to detail, and a really professional team. I would highly recommend Cairnview Windows & Doors.

Great service. From the start, with my first meeting with Sean, to the installation with Andy, Mel & Brian. So happy with my new windows and doors. They have made such a difference to my house. I would highly recommend Cairnview Windows.

Great communication - I had the roof on my conservatory and all glazing replace. Excellent quality of work. Very pleased with my new look conservatory. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this family business

A big thanks to all the team at Cairnview. We’ve just had our new front door fitted by Ben and Mike. It’s made such a difference to the front of the house. Excellent customer service throughout, no pushy sales and professional, clean and tidy workmanship from Ben and Mike.

Excellent from start to finish. Just had our new door installed by Mike and Ben, and we are delighted with it. They were very good to deal with, knowledgeable and very professional. Removed the old door and surrounds, and fitted the new door, leaving an immaculate job behind. Well done guys 👍
