We stayed at "Home Sweet Home" for 1 month. We had a wonderful time enjoying the amazing view and all the updates at the cabin. We loved all the amenities in the kitchen, new blinds in living room, new fans in both main floor bedrooms, new landscaping in front yard, and the list goes on. Watching movies on the 75" TV downstairs was a treat too! We would also suggest a kayak trip down the river just a 15 minute drive from the house or the Saturday morning Farmers' Market in West Jefferson. Thank you for a wonderful stay at your cabin!!

I book with VRBO so that it's quick and easy and simple with no additional hoops to jump through. This property was listed on VRBO by a property management company. So they did all their property management stuff and it was not quick, easy or simple.
1. the day after I booked on VRBO i got several phone calls confirming by reservation. I just booked online, I don't need you to confirm!
2. i've gotten an email every day since booking. Why?! Stop spamming me.
3. one of the unnecessary emails I got said "did you get your passcode and directions? Most of the time they go to junk mail so I wanted to make sure." If you know important communications are going to junk mail, then don't send them in the way you are sending them!

You all are WAY too over the top and it's not worth the trouble. Will not book with you again.

Peaceful Paradise was a fantastic little cabin. Everything you could possibly need and a quiet location off the beaten path. Even though I’m actually working during my stay, it was nice to come home to this cozy cabin to relax at the end of a long day. Thanks to the great folks at High Mountain Cabin Rentals.
