I cannot recommend this shop enough. I’ve been buying my jewellery here since 2021, and the service has always been absolutely amazing.
The owner is incredible. Every time I’ve emailed about an order, needed to change something, or even when I’ve accidentally messed something up, she replies quickly and is always helpful and kind. Customer service like this is rare.
The jewellery itself is impeccable quality. I can only wear titanium jewellery because I react to everything else, and this shop has such a great range. I currently have 12 earrings in my ears, and whenever it comes to downsizing or changing up my jewellery, I have always bought from here. I’ve never had any issues with the quality or my piercings reacting.
Shipping is also incredibly fast. Most of the time I receive my order the very next day, which is amazing.
After buying from here for years, I genuinely trust this shop for my jewellery. The quality, service, and care put into every order really show.

Have placed a few orders with Highness, most recently 3 in rapid succession after losing half my stretched ear and septum jewelry to the ocean while surfing. Orders are always packed and shipped super quickly, and the selection available, especially for tricky in-between sizes is always excellent!

Highness is a great local nz business. I have purchased from them many times over a number of years. They stock hair dye much cheaper than many of the chain stores and have a great range of jewellery as well. Fast, thoughtful delivery. Never had any issues. Highly recommend.

Amazing little business! The solid gold jewellery I ordered is stunning and high quality, the packing is thoughtful and beautiful, and the communication is excellent - which is super reassuring when you’re spending a wee bit of money on something for yourself!

Absolutely stoked with my delivery. Ordered 02/06 and at my door by the morning of 04/06. Wonderful communication by the store, shopping was a breeze for what I needed, and delivery was immaculate!
