The fast service and delivery are just a bonus to the quality of the product.The U.K. market is dominated by heavily scented artificial tasting leaf and hash .This company gives you fresh natural products that really work too calm at a great price.The name may put off straight laced customers but this company really does deliver on quality and price.Give it a go and sleep well.

I have an item to return because it is crap. But i can not return it, so i have to take it as a loss.

im probably not going to order from here again unless they have the wedding cake or tangerine dream hash in stock. because the majority of product they have is mediocre !

Paid for 14g, only received 3.5g - Their LiveChat isn't a LiveChat but a bot to nowhere. No phone number to contact them either. I tried sending an email, but received no confirmation that it had been received. From where I stand, this looks like a scam, and I will contact my bank tomorrow if I do not hear from them. Be careful if you want to buy from them....

UPDATE: Someone finally got back to me last week. They apologised for the error and asked if they could send me a goodwill gesture. They were genuine in their apology and didn't make excuses. I still would be cautious if you order from them as getting in touch with them was so difficult in the first place.

Have bought numerous times from highnsupply always gauranteed quality products and fast delivery times.

Poor quality product which is unusual for highnsupply. I order nearly every week. Normally high grade shizzle and next day delivery, it was cheap greenhouse though, so lesson learned. Hardly worth the effort to roll it! 5 stars every time usually, except this one and one other out of thirty plus orders.

Order marked dispatched 04/02/26 and 24hr Royal mail tracking number provided. Goods not received by me by 06/02/26 and tracking shows RM have still not received the package (now 16/02/26). I tried emailing and using the site chat (annoyingly unhelpful AI) for an explanation and an update multiple times, but am yet to get a response. Started a chargeback with my bank. I've had many previous orders that went fine, but this will be the last time I purchase from here. Unacceptable lack of customer service and no order received. Very poor.

Was recommended to me & im really pleased I tried it.

Its a nice calm smooth smoke with no added chemicals which feels much cleaner & more natural.
