Hightown Pharmacy Reviews 

I needed a refill of a product which I usually get from my doctor. Having read I can buy these online I asked my local pharmacist but he did not sell these. I therefore checked online and found Highgate did supply them. It was a simple process and the order arrived very speedily. I wold recommend Highgate to anyone who wants the convenience of have home delivery.

Good communication and products arrived as expected.

I originally gave HP 5 stars when I wrote a review a good while ago when I first purchased from this company.

The last couple of times though it has been completely different.

Both times my medication was refused. Their customer service is awful too.I had to send several emails in order to get a response.

I ended up purchasing my medication elsewhere where it was approved and dispatched same day!

Needless to say I won’t be using HP again.

This pharmacy has been great, helping me with getting medication when I'm struggling to get an appointment at my doctor. I don't think pharmacists get enough credit for the work they do.

Paid for next day delivery which was 7 pound. 4 days after order I haven’t received the item. Seems a good service overall but was overcharged as paid for postage but didn’t arrive.

Was ok , till I changed address from work to new. Sent out prescription to wrong address only been advised can't do anything until Royal Mail send it back

I joined Hightown Pharmacy to apply for a medication that you can't get through your normal GP and when applying I didn't put all of my medical and medication history down because of being unfairly judged by others previously. I bought their recommended medication, which is what I wanted, and placed the order and paid, a couple days later the order got rejected because Hightown Pharmacy had accessed my medical records and seen my history, they are supposed to ask my explicit permission to access my medical and medication history, it's against the law otherwise, at no point during the application or verbally did I give anyone permission to access my medical history, it's supposed to be private and I will be making a complaint to the ICO. To anyone looking for an online Pharmacist, I would say do your research and find a trustworthy one. The response given below is just lies, I download everything I do online as a PDF and I never consented to any access of my medical records, I will be in contact with my GP today to get information on when and how you were able to access my medical records without my permission and go from there. Also as for profanity, I said one word after I thought the call had ended and it wasn't intended to be aimed at anyone, it was just annoyance at being rejected and lied to.

Start to finish in 3 days, excellent service.
