Very informative and easy to navigate through

Very good curse to learn and practice

The Basic Driver Improvement course was very detailed and had plenty of good information. However the scientific and statistical parts were a lot to take in.

This company made this process easy , and clearly defined the goals and objectives and helped out in the long run by sending info to the appropriate agencies.

Material easy to understand. Testing was in segments so it wasn’t overwhelming. Easy to stop/start for interruptions.

The site was easy to use and the information was great.

Help me with my BDI problem. Took the test and my license back to valid the same day.

Excellent Traffic School.

I had a great experience with the defensive class. I called the county where my traffic ticket was and they had already received my certificate of completion of the course. Thank you very much! Hopefully I won’t need y’all again lol. If I do I will be back. Thanks again!

The school offers a base service, or with an additional cost to upgrade the service, send your certificate to the courts and update user with a confirmation from the court of the submission and closure of the case. If you decline and attempt to save the PDF file of yourself, the certificate, it's locked and the user cannot edit the permissions, with would allow the e-file utilized through the courts web submission page. If I hadn't figure a work around, I'd have physically mail the certificate or pay for the upgrade to their services. Also note, I was on the phone with the collier county clerks office, they reported not to trust the school sending the certs, it rarely happens. The file was locked and the site wouldn't allow me to proceed to the next step in the process. shame of this school, preying on unknowing customers.

Easy, and hassle free. All I had to do is pay, take the course and pass the test. Highway traffic school notified DMV and the court upon my completion.

Dont pay the extra for the videos. I thought it would be easier but there are 104 sections with 3 3-10min videos each. 4 hours turned into 24

The information was relevant and easy to understand. You can take your time and take a break for a few minutes. If you didn't understand a question it was easy to go back and review again.
Be ready to answer the personal questions throughout the class so they know it is still you at the keyboard.
