Everyone that I dealt with from initial chat to final consultation have been an absolute pleasure to speak to. Advisors explain pension terminology in a clear and concise way, taking time ,I never felt rushed at all. I contacted Hilltop with very little pension knowledge and now have a thorough understanding of my options.

This is my personal experience. Only been with them for a year but not only have the funds performed better than expected despite the world events, the annual review was very pleasant. There was no jargon or acronyms, the gentlemen was extremely friendly yet professional and the whole experience felt genuine and informative.

A prior call to discuss access to benefits prompted the issue of documents by Hilltop, in preparation for the Annual Review call, which were received in good time. The call was arranged for a time & day convenient for me, confirmed by text including the name of the advisor. The advisor called at the precise time & clearly set out a short agenda. The call lasted 45 minutes in which we covered a review of our current circumstances, pension performance & any changes that could be made. The advice was thoroughly explained & queries answered in a friendly, two-way discussion.

Tamara was very informative and helpful letting me know how my pension was proceeding and what I should expect.
