It was easy to make my appointment and Conner called me on time. He introduced himself and set out the agenda for our meeting. He asked me if I wanted to add any additional questions I had. All done in a professional manner. The review was informative and Conner answered my questions throughout the call.

I guess that I am considered a low-level client as my pension pot is on the low side but the annual financial check ups provide insightful information and ensure my pension accounts are performing as well as possible and Hilltop suggest changes where necessary. Very happy with the service provided.
