So then I thought I would just withdraw my money, but I got a message saying I could not use the same card I deposited with to withdraw. Avoid at all costs.

I opted in to the welcome bonus of depositing £20 and receiving 100% bonus match + 100 fs on Big Bass Bonanza. They didn't give me it.
After waiting in a chat box for 1 hour 20 mins someone called Chesre refused to believe I did it initially said I didn't wager enough when I wagered £25 then said you didn't opt in and immediately closed the chat.
