Scammers!

It’s actually very funny to think they can scam people like this , I use almost every casino site but Hippodrome It’s the worst of the worst You never win not even£5 I’ve deposited over £500 In a month And I’ve never won , every time I play the way it spins it’s very glitchy and Always kicks me out once I’m supposed to land a bonus It glitches and I even have screen recordings When I play and it spins for 20 seconds . I’ve tried clearing my cache and cookies but still , it’s rigged for sure . They say it’s automatic Every casino site Iv won big amounts but with hippodrome Iv never won not even £5.

Tried online. Appalling.

Despite the place being an all-round good experience, the staff being professional and all, the bouncers are always difficult. Sometimes I get in, other times I can’t because of no apparent logical reason. Once the bouncer said I don’t look like myself on my driving license, another time I was told I was being disruptive after waiting in a queue and not saying a word. I don’t know what’s up with them but I can say I’ve felt i was racially profiled.

Made my withdrawal a week ago and still haven’t received my money! They are very quick to take money yet when you withdraw they hold your funds. Tried speaking to live chat and they mess you about telling you all different things! I was told that my account was verified 2 days ago yet didn’t receive anything! Spoke to them today and my account hasn’t actually been verified and it’s still being reviewed!! I have sent absolutely everything you can to verify my account! I then explained on live chat that I need this money.. she then blocked my account stating I had a gambling problem when I don’t I just want my money!! Never play here!! Absolute scam!!

Never gives you any substantial wins and if it gives you a little win it just takes it all back with no features.
Keeps crashing and booting you out the game and also logs you out and says logged you out due to Inactivity, I’m playing the bloody game!
All these site have got terrible now and just take with no giving.

Been using these for a couple of months, though I have my deposit limit set to minimum (£10pcm). I thought they were pretty boring tbh, only good game was Starburst and now that's gone, however, on my birthday, I deposited £10 and instantly got banned. When I spoke to someone, they said my deposit had triggered a review and they have suspended my account because "they think I'm at risk and this is what's best for me". MY DEPOSIT LIMIT IS £10!? How much at risk do they think I am!? They took my money and kicked me out. They say it should be back in my PayPal in 48 hours. 48 hours for a PayPal withdrawal is ridiculous all on it's own, let alone implying I'm an addict for spending £10 a month. Smh. I'd avoid these at all cost. Crap games, basically no bonuses, and you never know when you'll be randomly suspended. There's so many other sites out there, there's no reason to bother with this one.

The site and layout is ok. Game play is fairly average and what you expect from an online casino. However, my issue is that it keeps kicking me out roughly every 30minutes or so whether I am winning or losing, but the majority of time when winning. I generally play roulette and if I decide to lower my stakes and play 10p auto wheel games it always glitches after giving me a few wins where I either get kicked out, says I don't have enough credit when I have plenty, or can't even get a stream to the camera to see the wheel spin even though it gives you a result. Really not great!

Site seems ok, wins soso, constantly logging u out of a game uv just spent a load of money on also constantly logging u out of the site, if it weren't for this I wouldn't be as suspicious as i am now.

For now all is good. New to Hippodromeonline casino but everything is easy to set up and understand. Withdrawals take too long, for some 72 hours. Other than that it's great.

I can only speak for myself, and I must say I was worried when reading some of the reviews when I made a withdrawal request. I've had no issues at all, made first withdrawal of 2k and I got it within 30 hours, second request was 1k and I got it within 12 hours back in my account. Not the fastest payouts like bet365, but very reasonable. I actually won the 1k from the second time I logged in off 20 free spin bonus of 20p a spin, my luck was in last night. My only reasons for not giving 5 stars is because the max bet limit is only 250 on BJ (what I normally play) and you can only sit in 1 seat, which is really bad if the shoe is in dealers favour and ur sitting alone. You cant open another seat to mix things up. This makes it extremely difficult to win major money (15k plus), unless you have an insane streak. The other reason it's not five stars is because the slots selection misses many of the major players in the market. Other than that, happy to play as I'm net up so far, and only played on the site twice. Luck doesn't lasts forever but it shined on me so far. To those who have problems with withdrawals or account suspension, more often than not, it's for reasons such as fraud, trying to create multiple accounts to get extra bonuses etc. When I joined, I didn't want to take the bonus welcome and luckily won 2k from a £400 deposit. I know that's not everyone who had an issue, but in your heart most know you've done something wrong. To those who have just been unlucky with losses, I hope it turns around for you soon.

I joined over Xmas. Went to withdraw and my money and my balance disappeared, I had to search for support after numerous attempts I contact the casino receptionist who were very helpful (no online support was available) after several calls I spoke to a manager where I had to tell them I felt like I had been robbed and was prepared to call the police and the gambling commission. Next day my money was in my account no explanation. I tired again and went to withdraw after spending more than an hour online I got the same reply that’s it’s been dealt with. No time frame and the agent was reading from a script. To cut a long story short they are giving me the run around and no straight answers. This is a cowboy casino and they are a bunch of thieves. If you manage to get some of your money back good luck. They take your money and withhold your withdrawals. If you’re not a member look for a better casino.

Avoid this casino! have introduced 'spend' limits which are unexplained and are in fact loss limits, remove deposit limits without justification or notification and have no care in resolving complaint. any casino that doesn't allow customers to be in control of safe gambling for the benefit of themselves should be avoided. i will be reporting to gambling commision.

The Hippodrome Casino is a fantastic example of modern slavery working. The staff are not looked after and the pay is pathetic. The managers are unfair and do not look after their customers. All that glitters is not gold.

Site crashed during a win. Am currently complaining about the denial of winnings but essentially am being put to proof that their site crashed and took back money. I pointed out that they would have all the necessary data - how could I prove it? - but unfortunately all of their engineers are off this weekend and on Monday 16th December which is a bank holiday apparently where all their engineers work. They will get back to me Tuesday at the earliest. Very disappointed. Will change my rating if they sort it out but for now it’s a one star (should be none if I was allowed to).
