Just want to say Joseph who helped me secure a car within a low budget was amazing with me, he understood the situation I was left in regarding my other car, which I was devastated over. And with having another car in finance that I still have to pay for I was worried I might not get another one with still paying for it but the car is unfixable. I was shocked when Joseph managed to secure me finance even though I've not got the best credit. He done amazing job for me.

If I could give zero stars I would! Please do not buy from these people! I’ve had two cars from them. First one gearbox went within a day but they did actually repair that at no cost to me so gave them another chance. This car has turned up, aircon doesn’t work fans don’t work on handover. When I got it into the garage the brake resevoir had a dangerous amount of fluid in it. Within 10 weeks it had broken down and the gearbox had failed (both auto cars). Even though I took out a platinum warranty I’ve already paid over £1000 in garage fees not covered by the warranty and offered no help with covering these costs just said it was my problem. Car has been in the garage almost the same time that I’ve had it, aircon and fans are still broken and it’s cost me so much in repairs so far I can’t take it back in the garage and use the warranty again as I have to pay all diagnostic fees and the car has left me skint not to mention alternative travel in the meantime while I’ve had no car. Have complained and I’m just told these things can happen, but they shouldn’t when you pay that much for a car and take out a platinum warranty and all this happens within 3 months.

Everything was sorted out fairly with only delay down to my insurance payout and the gap payment for my previous car which was unfortunately uneconomical to repair and wrote off. Special thanks going to Crystal for sorting things out.

Account manager Jack McLoughlin was great initially, providing a proactive and friendly service, successfully securing me a lovely vehicle and brokering my finance arrangement. He wasn’t too much of a high pressure salesman, but was a little at times when it came to “you can pay over the phone” conversations.
The process seemed simple at first but despite every effort of mine, I have no idea where my vehicle is or when I will ever receive it! I have had 2 emails saying “sorry for the delay” but my questions have been completely ignored by the sales team and Jack, who was very quick to respond during the initial sale.
As it stands, I am having to pay for 2 vehicles on finance this month and no idea why. My vehicle is supposed to have the finance cleared now as part of the part exchange arrangement, but this hasn’t happened. I just feel very disappointed, concerned and misinformed about how long this will take, despite being told a couple of weeks. I don’t know what action to take moving forward but hope something reassuring can happen this coming week.

Update: Sept 10th. 2 emails ignored by the account manager and nobody has contacted me.

Update: Sep 23rd. STILL NO CAR. Still paying for finance on my current vehicle and my first payment for the new car is this week also. I have now been contacted by a few people but it’s still very hard to get concrete updates.

I was somewhat anxious about making sure I chose the right car for myself and partner alongside obtaining credit . I was immediately at ease when discussing my requirements with Hippo due to their outstanding professionalism my car arrives this Tuesday thanks Tom thanks ellia.
