Helpful, professional and friendly advise. I went to hippo right at the beginning of my car search. I have to say I can not fault the service Anees provided. He was reliable and stuck to his word trying everything to search for the right car which ticked all the boxes. For me it came down to the monthly payment and I ended up taking a deal elsewhere, however, I wanted to still write a review because if it wasn't for the APR event elsewhere, I would have continued the search with Anees. He took the time to listen and understand what I was looking for. So much so the car I bought, was the car he recommended. It just unfortunately came down to the monthly payment. Thank you again for your help, I really appreciate it.

As someone who is making less than 1k per month, I thought I would have to wait forever until I could get my hands on a second car, but with Hippo Motor Group, I was easily able to find a car that I could finance. A 2014 SEAT Ibiza Toca, and even though it had done 62k miles, it still works and drives seamlessly well. I would like to thank Junior, who was very nice and helped me find a car pretty quickly, and within the span of just one week I have the car and it looks brand new. I would definitely recommend Hippo motor group for financing cars.

Absolutely abysmal how people are treated. Absolutely no ownership for anything.
They're all good when they're selling you the car and getting you to sign the paperwork. Anything other than that is an absolute sham. I wish I had never part exchanged my car. Hippo have well and truly contributed to the decline in my mental health since May!

My accounts manager neil was incredible, he was very professional and kept me up to date every step of the way

We bought a car few months back for £15000 and the car won't even start, diagnosis is it's a faulty engine, multiple cover ups trying to hide botched up work. Had car fully diagnosed from a very reputable garage and the owner said we have been misold this vehicle as it was not road worthy. This was after power steering had locked while driving on a motorway with children in the vehicle. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HIPPO they are completely useless.

Was sceptical about using an online car dealership but having been recommended them and being rejected from other companies hippo was my last choice
I submitted the online form and within 30 minutes I had a call back and was given HK as my advisor
He was nothing but great from the offset! Found me a few good deals within my price range and knew how important it was for me to get a car as quickly as possible due to mine breaking
We worked together to find a car that suited us and within our price range and he spoke through the whole process with me and updating me regularly and replying within minutes

I am so pleased with the service and how great HK has been! I’ll be sad to not speak to him daily
My car will be with me within a week and this was all done in a matter of a week from the first phone call

I can’t recommend them enough if you don’t have get credit they made sure I could still get an affordable car

From start to finish I found the whole thing very stressful, I'm 73 and not very computer saving however my son was helping me and he was stressed. I did in the end get the car I wanted but I would not like to go through it all again. I think this process could be much more user friendly and the operators should give you options at the start. The operators were ok but I never felt they were there for me it felt like I was just another number in a queue. They kept in touch with text but sometimes I had to call it was very inconvenient. I'm glad I'm now at the end of this process and about to receive my car. My son who helped me has used your service before and found it very good. He has told me this has put him off being so complicated. Such a shame but I am honest if nothing else and this is the way we found it.

Fantastic service! From our initial contact to the handover Hippo Motors were fantastic. Tom Beeres was really patient and couldn’t be more helpful. Our delivery driver John was very thorough when showing us the car layout and operating the vehicle. 5*s well deserved.

after5 weeks still not anyway forward a total joke you phone never in office told they will phone back in an hour 27 hrs later gave me a tel no to go straight in 10 phone calls made none answered and when trying to leave a message told box was full absolutely dreadful i wouldnt recommend to anyone
