I couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Mr Nishikawa. From the very first consultation through to post-operative care, he was absolutely fantastic. He took the time to truly understand what I wanted, explained everything clearly, and made me feel completely at ease every step of the way.

His professionalism, skill, and attention to detail are outstanding, but what really stood out was how comfortable and supported he made me feel throughout the entire process. Both before and after the procedure, he was attentive, reassuring, and genuinely cared about my wellbeing.

All appointments were dealt with in a professional & friendly manner. Which made me feel at ease at all times. I was able to ask questions which were answered & gave me reassurance. My surgery day was a little nerve racking but all staff made me feel comfortable & reassured me.Mr Nishikawa spoke to me before surgery & went through all relevant paperwork. Hiroshi is both professional and personable. He explained in simple terms my procedure - face/neck lift and instilled confidence in me. He gave me real expectations as to the outcome. I am more than happy with the results. I would not have gone through the procedure without Hiroshi I had researched cosmetic surgery throughly and he is by far the best surgeon. I might add that I experienced no pain or complications at all. I have recommended to my friends. I would have no hesitation seeking his advice on any other procedures.

From the first consultation I was made to feel comfortable and welcome, we chatted about what to expect regarding the abdominoplasty and liposuction operation and after, discussed if it was something I really wanted to do, I didn’t feel anything was left out in the conversation with Mr Nishikawa and myself, and feel very lucky to have chosen The Westbourne Centre to assist me with my plans. The operation went really well and the aftercare was exceptional. I’m extremely happy with the results and would recommend to anyone.

I had breast implant replacement/revision surgery at the Westbourne centre with Dr Hiroshi Nishikawa.

I would like to start by saying I am truly blown away by the quality of care from the team at the Westbourne centre. I have a massive fear of GA which is why I opted for sedation at this time , and it was the best decision I’ve ever made.
When walking into the clinic on the day of my surgery, I was extremely nervous - however the moment I entered the pre op room the young nurse who was tending to me clamped my nervous dramatically , this nurse is absoloutkey fantastic at her job , she really put me at ease & we even had things in common . I was then greeted by the anaesthetist; again this man was remarkable, he instantly put me at ease.
Dr Hiroshi Nishikawa then came in and marked me up, again putting me at ease and assured me he would do whatever it takes to get the desired results ! He knew exactly what I wanted without me even needing to say anything .. this man is a magician!…
When entering the theatre I began to get slightly nervous and I Remember crying , but the nurse held my hand and the anaesthetist Was asking me questions about my general life and calmed me down instantly.
The next thing I Rmemeber was to the nurse saying well done your all done, I couldn’t believe it … it was like time had hopped . I actually woke up quite emotional because of how smoothly it all went , I was so worried for no reason!

My implants are PERFECT. DR Hiroshi Nishikawa managed to put the biggest size in which is exactly what I wanted without looking out proportion to the rest of my body. He has done exactly what I wanted and I couldn’t be happier !! This man is a genius. My breasts were ever so slightly asymmetrical before; he has even made them more symmetrical for me aswell as doing the implants . I am eternally grateful.

I was in and out the clinic within 3 hours!! I even went for lunch in Birmingham city centre later on that day after I had slept , I felt fantastic . I was quite emotional leaving the clinic after my surgery because I was overwhelmed and so happy with how the morning had been and how lovely the staff were, I had really got my self worked up and anxious beforehand for no reason . I wish I had known about the Westbourne centre sooner because I would have gone there for my first breast implants 10 years ago. If I ever want any more cosmetic treatment doing again I will certainly be choosing the Westbourne center and opting for sedation again . No doubt I will be back again as I do love my cosmetic treatments .

I am able to state categorically that throughout my recent experience, commencing with a worrying Initial Consultation, Surgery and Conclusion of my Treatment Pathway, that the exemplary Professional Care and Skilled Attention which I received, equally, the consideration including description of all Planned Treatment Procedures right through to the actual surgery completed, resulting with almost imperceptible residual scaring has been totally exceptional from beginning through to completion.
Furthermore, I would not hesitate for a moment to recommend Mr Nishikawa for anyone considering facial procedures.

Researching surgeons in the independent sector is a time consuming process and rightly so when you are considering a cosmetic procedure. I know. I spent weeks studying CQC reports and combing through online reviews and re-reading hundreds of comments until I eventually settled on The Westbourne Centre and Mr Nishikawa in particular. It was time well spent. My neck was my chief concern and it required attention as it was affecting my confidence.

So, last summer, I made an appointment to see him to discuss my needs. At every stage of my journey he provided me with everything I needed to know including potential risks and complications to help me make an informed decision. His professionalism, care and patient-centred approach put me at ease from day one in the relaxing Westbourne Centre. From the reception staff, the operating team through to Mr Nishikawa’s private secretary Carly, everyone I had dealings with treated me with the utmost care and professionalism making my experience a pleasurable one.

Now, nearly three months after my procedure, I’m very happy with the work completed. Mr Nishikawa is an incredible surgeon highly-skilled and has produced results which are very natural. I can highly recommend him and The Westbourne Centre if you are considering a cosmetic procedure.

I recently had a Septorhinoplasty with Mr Nishikawa at the Westbourne Centre and I am so happy with the result. Mr Nishikawa is an incredible surgeon and a truly kind man. From the initial consultation, to the procedure, everything was explained in such detail and with kindness. Equally, Mr Nishikawa took time to fully understand the cosmetic goal I hoped to achieve, but was transparent too with what was achievable and best to complement my features and facial proportions.
