Worst support I've ever experienced !!
From the day I purchased this television and set it up at home, It has had Bluetooth audio issues.
When watching anything, Free to air, Netflix, Prime, for some reason you randomly get bad distortion through the Bluetooth audio device. I originally thought it was my sound bar so i connected another Bluetooth audio device and exactly the same thing happened. There's no distortion when using SPDIF or using TV sound, only Bluetooth devices.
Here's the big problem, Support is so bad they couldn't care less. I tried calling and no one answers the call, I tried sending them an email and no reply, I tried their online messaging system and nothing. Today I tried the Hisense online chat and was told and I quote " We generally recommend having external products and brands plugged into the unit not via Bluetooth as we cant guarantee compatibility since it isn't our brand". I'm pretty sure Bluetooth is Bluetooth. there's no such thing as compatibility.
So, I'm now emailing Bing Lee for a full refund as Hisense doesn't mention Bluetooth compatibility issues with other brands in their documentation. If that fails its an email to Dept Fair Trading.
This was my first and last Hisense product !!

Hisense is the worst company for customer service and products! We purchased a Hisense fridge ten months ago and all the shelves have broken and the paint is coming off the rims. When we attempted to discuss the issue, limited/no interest. We have been waiting two months for an assessor to attend after being “high priority “. Still no contact. Fridge /freezer can now no longer be used and we continue to wait. Even their complaints department does not return emails or phone calls. Will never be buying anything Hisense again and will be telling everyone

Will never buy from Hisense again, problem after problem with my fridge and there is no head office number. I was told to take my fridge and freezer stuff to a friend or family’s fridge while they workout if they will replace or not which the process seems long.

After one DOA TV and a replacement front he retailer same fault within 48 hours. Hisense declined the warranty saying my fault taking the plastic packaging off the screen. Inferior product inferior customer service and questionable business and warranty practices

3 years ago I purchased a Hisense 4 door fridge/freezer. I actually love the set up of it, suits my family well but at 11 months old there was a knocking sound. Rang the warranty department, turns out it was ice buildup at the back which they said was from it blocking. I was to turn it off until it melted and if it happened again contact them. So I was using a beer fridge for 4 days. Well it happened again, rang them and as it was longer than a few months I had to do the same again. I thought I’d be pro active and replace the seals in case that was the issue, can’t actually buy them from anywhere. Now nearly 3 years since purchasing the fridge it’s happened again. I can’t go without a proper fridge/freezer for days in the middle of summer so now the only other option is to buy another fridge. I’ve emailed them explaining the reoccurring issue and expressed my displeasure at their handling of the situation and have received no response

Hisense 85" Mini-LED PRO - Cheap Chineses Garbage
Purchased a Hisense 85" Mini-LED PRO U8NAU 4K TV in June 2024. Invited the family for Christmas Day and Boxing Day. TV blew up on Christmas Day - only 6 months after receiving the product. Totally stuffed our family day watching the Test Cricket and Sydney to Hobart Yacht race. Earliest response from Hisense was on 30/12/2024. Called around 5:30pm after receiving a call while I was out. Waited 1hr 20 mins for support. "Grace" told me to send everything to Hisense via email and then told me because it was now 7:00pm she would end our "Support Chat" and leave it in the queue for tomorrow. Damn disgrace!
I bought a Hisense fridge
I bought a Hisense fridge, 3 months and the freezer light went out, another couple of month the fridge light went. I went back to JB High fi and they asked all the details and messaged Hisense. I never heard from Hisense so I called, an hour on the phone waiting, then a idiot had me , open and close doors ,bang the fridge, check, the seals and then told me to turn it off for a hour then if the light did not work call back. After a hour on hold I hung up. 3 Days latter I called back, 45 minutes wait, then I was told they would send the lights and I could fix it my self, I complained I had bought it with warranty and I should not have to fix it and was told they would send a video link, so now I was to be trained a a fridge tech, to save them money.
STEER CLEAR
We have had massive problems with our Fridge also, it was bought brand new and is only a month old and stopped working, water leaking everywhere as things defrost in the freezer. Hundreds of dollars worth of food going to waste right before Christmas. Been given the run around also, we request a full refund if an expensive fridge can't even last a month and we were just blown off. Will never buy Hisense again. Whays the bet there will be no reply to this post as like their customer support team they do not care. Hisense

65A7HAU 4K Smart Tv, approximately 2 years old and under warranty.
Has been a good TV however once it developed a fault, the "customer service" and warranty has been a nightmare. Dismissive and disinterested, have not done what they have stated multiple times, different fault every time you speak with someone. Its been over a month and no progress to date still, no communication at all from Hisense unless you call them and even their escalation team did not respond and then claimed they did not get the email after a confirmation was received that they did. A month down and still no working TV or resolution offered by Hisense despite the apparent parts needed being out of stock with no ETA.... Absolute rubbish

I purchased 8 Hisense TV's for a holiday house - mostly model 43Q6NAU - one of the TV's , straight from the box , has a defunct screen - the screen when switched on has a huge coloured default line running top to bottom on the right hand side. I contacted Hisense service, ran multiply tests with them over the phone, forwarded photos of these as requested together with receipts - they advised they would be in touch. I had to chase them for a response - finally I contacted QLD Fair Trading for assistance as I was not getting anywhere. There was some communication between QLD Fair Trading and Hisense. Hisense requested all the same tests again and paperwork. They finally replied saying it was an Act of God.
So disappointing and unprofessional - I am now with a brand new TV that does not work - this should be replaced by HISENSE. DO NOT BUY HISENSE - they provide no customer service whatsoever.. -

A7HAU was great until it died while still under warranty.
Hisense reckon they don't have to honor warranties. Apparantly laws don't apply to them and they instantly start accusing you of being abusive to them.
Look online and find heaps of bad reviews about their tv's dying left right and center and them only helping a handful of people and accusing others of being scammers or damaging the tv's themselves to get out of warranties.
Don't buy their crap.

My fridge/freezer was faulty after 18 months of purchasing it. Attempted to have it repaired through warranty however after 6 weeks of many phone calls and numerous emails it was still not repaired. I was given the run around by rude and unhelpful staff with no one willing to take any responsibility or offer any real support or solution. Eventually after more than 6 weeks I was given a refund by the place where I purchased it, not by Hisense themselves.
Save your money and the hassle and stay right away from Hisense products!
Purchased Hisense white refrigerator…
Purchased Hisense white refrigerator through appliances online the paint is clearly faulty depending on the amount of time I have had the refrigerator and the paint is spreading coming off more and more where it cannot be wear and tear, which Hisense has put it down to under my warranty as I have said above it is clearly faulty paint.
I'm very disappointed with the refrigerator purchased and also with the outcome!!
