Very good customer service
Very good customer service , very experience and very good at there jobs , they very understanding and listen to what you need,I needed a touch up because Of a hair transplant that I go for it leave me with some marks on the back of my head,so they do a very good job and cover/ reduced it
Also I was late for my appointment because my train was cancelled and I send a message
To them and They where ok with it and wait for me .thanks 👍

Exceĺlent and professional service. I had Ian and Ranbir work on my scalp today and what they did was top class. Ian is very thorough in mapping out and planning and Ranbir is very skilled at applying the pigments. When I say skilled I mean artistic. It looked exactly like a head of shaved hair. Andy

My experience with HIS hair clinic has been absolutely amazing always a lovely warm welcome!
Ian and Ranbir are absolutely amazingly there Job!! 😎🤩
They are providing an excellent and professional service in order to achieve the customers results perfectly..
My experience By far has been brilliant and my sessions have been perfect to my standard from front to back of my head, not only has it built a life time hair shape up but it has also put in place a complete programme with out the need of an barber!!
My alopecia that has been with me for almost 6 years now And has finished thanks to HIS Hair SMP and I am now comfortably able to show my head in public confidently due to my amazing experience and now I’m ready like never before a new start and a Game changer!!
Please if anyone needs any sort of SMP done on there head due To hair loss get down to HIS HAIR CLINIC NOWW!!!!

My experience with HIS hair clinic
Hello there, I used to work with HIS Hair Clinic in Dubai. I'm very happy to share my experience with others about HIS hair clinic. if you really looking something fantastic and amazing SMP you should go with HIS hair. the reason why I'm telling this when I completing my training it took like 6 months. I got my first client after 6 months because HIS wanted to make sure that I am doing everything precisely. Also, HIS do care about their clients before the treatment and after as well. HIS will never ignore your complaints, HIS always offer a solution for you with happy client service, there is no any comparison in SMP marker rather than HIS hair clinic. in a nutshell, HIS means WORLDS LEADING HAIR CLINIC

Probably one of their first customers over 10 years ago in Birmingham, reassuringly friendly and professional service with fantastic results.
Was made to feel at ease and comfortable throughout the consultation, treatment and aftercare, in a clinically clean and safe environment. Gave me the confidence boost I was hoping for and to this day, I have no hesitation in recommending HIS Hair for this procedure.

Highly recommended and very professional. Arranged a consultation for my father and we have had very good results exactly as planned. The whole procedure was explained very thoroughly allowing my father to happily proceed with his treatment. I can see the confidence in him building daily!! Top Draw Service and Work Carried Out!
Excellent customer service shown by Ian and Ranbir
It was my second sitting with HIS hair clinic after using them almost 10 years ago.
That in itself goes to show it’s taken me this long to go back so the quality and service they supplied me a decade ago I certainly got my money’s worth.
I had a touch up on my crown and a more faded hair line and was in and out within 2 hours
Ian and Ranbir have been doing this for years and are experts in this field so please do not go for cheaper alternatives or newer establishments that can’t give you expert advice.
